"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God." — Matthew 5:9, NIV

Your daily tarot card reading for each zodiac sign's astrology horoscope is here!

All zodiac signs are invited to make peace with the world around them. Can you see opportunity when facing problems with an open mind? Of course, you can.

When you look inside your heart you'll realize that things happen for a reason. All things work together for good when you choose to view challenges as choices that lead to positive change.

The Sun is in Aries and the Moon is in Gemini. Today's Master Number of the day is 2 — The Peacemaker.

(Note: If your day of birth is the 2nd or the 20th of the month, then you are a Life Path Number 2. Remember, 11 is not reduced but it's the value of 11/2.)

The Lovers Tarot card represents Gemini carries with it the energy of 6, written in Roman numerals VI, which is in harmony with the number 2. The Emperor Tarot card represents Gemini and has the energy of 4, written as IV in Roman numbers, and like 6 is in harmony with 2.

In fact, 2 gets along well with 4 and 6. The energy of number 2 is the harmonizer. 4 is the manager and 6 is the caretaker. Combined together, all three numbers add up to the value of 3, whose life path is ladened with challenge and overcoming. How can three willingly peaceful energies add up to a complication.

This is the challenge that life often brings when we are moseying on our merry way. We come up against challenges we did not create, obstacles we did not expect and walls that were built long before anyone else got there.

Why should someone deal with problems that they did not create? When I think of that question, I often recall peacemakers who answered it with a life of giving:

Famous people with the Life Path Number 2 include:

  • Bob Hope, Gemini was a comedian brought some form of peace to military troops during the time of war. He recorded the majority of his radio talk show programs from military bases and he brought joy and laughter for military men in Korean War, WW2, and Vietnam.
  • Al Gore, Aries was the Vice President of the USA, but he earned the Nobel Peace Prize (2007) for his work in climate change.
  • Barak Obama, Leo was also awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 for his work in international diplomacy.
  • Bill Clinton, Leo although he was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize, he was nominated for one during his presidency.
  • Ronald Reagan, Aquarius ran an entire peace through strength campaign and has gone down as one of the greatest presidents in American history due to his leadership.
  • Tony Robbins, Pisces is a motivational speaker who helps others make peace with their past and to rise above their inner obstacles.
  • Jackie Kennedy, Leo was the wife to John F. Kennedy did negotiations during the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty and he also initiated the Alliance for Progress. For women and the nation she was a symbol of support during complicated times.

Where would we be without the contributions of these 'great givers' or 'peacemakers of society'?

None of the problems that these individuals spearheaded were issues that they alone created, yet there was something inside each of them that decided to approach conflicts with love, care, concern and tenacity.

In life, there are plenty of reasons to turn a blind eye to the issues that are around us. We have so many reasons to tuck our heads beneath our sleepy blankets and say prayers and send light and love instead of rolling up the sleeves and getting involved. But, what would happen if we started in our own back yards and found the places that we can make small impact?

It could be donating blankets to a charity that helps provide shelter for the homeless during cold nights, or giving a bag of beans and rice to a soup kitchen that feeds the needy. You don't have to do much to start, but there is a promise for people who are peacemakers in the world.

Yes, it's easier to ignore things that aren't your problems, and we are all guilty of taking that type of attitude, but there's always today and tomorrow to initiate the changes that are within our power to take on.

You never know what big impact you can make with a tiny start.

There is symbolism on each Tarot card that you can use to provide insight when things are unclear. Check out your zodiac sign for today, March 23rd, 2018 daily tarot reading and astrology predictions.
