getty On February 19th, we transit into Pisces season, which also coincides with the Mercury retrograde that started on February 17th and will last through March 10th. We are also presently experiencing Uranus and Neptune retrograde, so this should be one crazy season for us all.
Because so much of Pisces season is going to be influenced by the retrogrades, we need to consider this cosmic event as something serious.
To combat the Mercury retrograde, which rules communication, you might want to downplay contract signing, making crucial decisions and expectations.
This is the season for communication breakdowns, and they will happen all through the retrograde, so your best bet is to keep it light and non-committal in terms of important papers, documents and decisions.
Uranus in retrograde basically lets us know that we're not in control, and that whatever will be, will be — whether we like it or not. Expect the unexpected during this time, and expect to complain heavily when it arrives!
If you find yourself having odd dreams, that would be due to the influence of Neptune in retrograde. Very much like the planet of love, Venus, Neptune is more along the lines of fantasy and wild thinking. So, expect your imagination to work overtime during this transit.
But what can each zodiac sign expect from this Pisces horoscope?
Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Pisces is like the soft side of Aries, and those born under this sign usually enjoy a mellower state of mind than the usual warrior-like Aries insanity. Take time to practice self-care during this transit, as your sign is right around the corner and will, no doubt, bring out the fiery return of your personality.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
You may be experiencing emotional ups and downs, perhaps even a little depression during the Pisces transit. It's okay and to be expected. Know that your emotions are being tugged on by the planetary influences and that these, too, shall pass.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
You might be feeling a little anxious with the retrograde upon you, and being that it's Mercury (your planet), you can probably expect some crazy delays or miscommunications over the month.
It may be frustrating for you, and your patience will be put to the test; however, you should be feeling fairly well balanced by the second week of March.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
You'll glide through this season fairly easily, as the influence of Pisces has always been good to you. This will be a time for self-reflection and a few new plans in the works. Hope is alive and well, as well as nostalgia and introspection.
Leo (July 23 - August 22)
You'll have to take a deep breath and allow things to flow this month, Leo, as not everything is going to go according to plan. It's a good time to let go of expectations, and detachment will be needed for many things.
Allow yourself hope and big dreams, but let them simmer. Don't expect results until April.
Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
It's business as usual for you, Virgo, and while that's okay, it's also going to be a time for checking your work. Mistakes are made easily during Pisces, so don't beat yourself up if you get something wrong at work or at play.
You'll be okay, just hang tight and don't do anything too experimental.
Libra (September 23 - October 22)
You may be feeling as though you really need and deserve a break, and I can't say you're going to get that this month. However, it's temporary. Mentally, it's not promising, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel, so you can look forward to a clearing around March 11.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
You're already a moody, emotional person, and Pisces is only going to amplify that state of mind. You may even find yourself laughing simply because you can't take crying anymore.
You'll be an emotional basket case, but the good part is that you'll recognize that your problems are truly minimal and it's just a mood. A Pisces mood.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
You've always had a secret inner life, and during the Pisces transit, you'll be even more involved with introverted themes. Expect to spend much time along, possibly sobbing, possibly giddy and goofy. Mercury retrograde may mess with your mood, but it's nothing you can't handle.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
You're going to want to spend quality time with friends and family this month, mainly because everything at work will drive you nuts. Communications will be all off for you, and you may even get into an argument with a co-worker.
Misunderstandings will make you want to be home more than ever, and that isn't a bad idea during this time.
Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
You should experience a feeling of renewal and hope around this time. You've rolled with the punches in the past, and there's no evidence to suggest you can't handle a few emotional jabs here or there as there will be during this time.
All in all, you will remain steady and mentally well. That's good because Aries will take all that away when it arrives.
Pisces (February 19 - March 10)
It's your birthday season, and with that will come the highs of anticipation and the lows of expectations gone unfulfilled. You may feel resentment towards some of the people you love, you may even fall into judgement of friends during this time.
Your best bet during this season is to stay kind and do charitable acts. Gratitude wins.
