As any astrology buff knows, the position of each of the planets, as well as that of the sun, moon, and stars, can have a deep influence on human behavior for all zodiac signs.
And as we move through Scorpio season — which started on October 23, lasts through November 22, and rules our sexuality — it’s a great time to take a closer look at what might be causing any kind of disconnect between you and your partner in the bedroom, as well as what you both need in order to have the best sex ever.
After all, one of the key takeaways from a recent report on reasons people confer with the stars for advice states that "the popularity of the topic 'Sexual compatibility’ has sharply risen," with inquiries about sexual compatibility quadrupling from 2017 to 2018.
Given that other research has found that over a one-third of Americans in (heterosexual) relationship are dissatisfied with their sex life. and 16 percent claim their current spouse or partner rarely or never satisfies them sexually, knowing how to please a woman or man in bed seems to be a subject worth brushing up on.
Luckily, astrology offers a unique approach to achieving sexual satisfaction by detailing the sexual desires and preferences that correlate to each of the astrological or zodiac signs personality traits and characteristics.
While these suggestions may not solve all of your issues in the bedroom, they are certainly something to consider.
As David Frederick, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychology at Chapman University notes in regard to another study on sexual satisfaction, "Almost half of satisfied and dissatisfied couples read sexual self-help books and magazine articles, but what set sexually satisfied couples apart was that they actually tried some of the ideas."
Here are the best tips from astrology on how to please a woman or man in bed and have the best sex ever, based on the needs and traits of the zodiac signs.
Aries (March 21 - April 19)
As the first astrological sign of the zodiac, Aries are naturally born directors. You’re more likely to be the seducee than the seducer with this sign.
However, Aries rules the head, one of our most erogenous zones; so if you’re aiming to please this self-assured sign, excite their mind and allow for spontaneous arousal.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Tauruses are the most sensual lovers among the signs. Igniting their physical senses, like taste, touch, sight, smell, and sound, can make for the most gratifying experience in bed.
Almost half of couples say a sex toy would make their sex lives more pleasurable, and a Taurus would agree, as toys can really highlight their tactile side.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Sex should ideally last at least 23 minutes to satisfy both partners, so quickies are not the way to win over a Virgo.
Libra (September 23 - October 22)
With a personality centered on fairness, it couldn’t be more fitting that the scales of a balance symbolize the sign of the Libra.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
