The Reaaaaally Weird Thing 1.2 Million British Men Would Give Up Sex For

Men never cease to amaze us.

The thought of men giving up sex for ANYTHING is kind of absurd. Isn’t sex like, the underlying reason why guys do pretty much ALL of the things that they do on a daily basis?

However, when you find out what it is, you’ll breathe a sigh of relief because it all makes sense. What would over a million British men give up sex for? Why, to keep their youthful hair color, of course.

Now that I’m thinking about it, I’m not sure how much sense it actually makes. I mean, once they had their golden locks back or whatever, wouldn't they want to have sex because they are looking good?

Perhaps not. Maybe men just need to see that they have the hair of their youth in the mirror in order to have the confidence to merely exist every day.

According to a recent study, 20 percent of men in Britain worry about going gray. In fact, the worry is SO real that a whopping 5 percent of men said that they would give up sex altogether if they could get their youthful hair color back and keep it forever!

The study was conducted by Just For Men Control GX where researchers found that 17 percent would give up beer for a year to avoid gray hair. If you do the math, this equals 4.2 million men across the nation who would go without a brew.

To take it even further, 14 percent of men would agree to let their favorite football team lose for almost a third of the season, just to keep their natural hair color.

Guys between the ages of 25 and 34 are the most concerned about finding their first gray hair.

According to Alan Beak, a barber at Ruger Barbers in Manchester, “These findings are no surprise to me. From speaking to men in the salon, it’s pretty clear that going gray causes them a lot of anxiety. In some instances, men are even fretting more about finding their first gray hair than over their jobs or relationships.”

Another survey conducted by Makeyourswitch.co.uk uncovered that 56 percent of men in Britain would give up sex for 1 million Pounds.

“It’s rather surprising that such a high proportion of Brits would prefer money over sex,” Emma Kenny, psychologist, and director of Make Your Switch said. "Sex is great for mental and physical wellbeing and should you feel that money is more important then it is likely that you have issues in your relationship or with your libido."

OK, I kind of agree with the giving up sex for money, but for hair that isn’t gray? Come on, guys! I mean, the silver fox look is totally in! Plus, a box of hair dye doesn’t cost all that much.
