Alessandra Ambrosio is a stunning supermodel, but she probably works harder than you give her credit for. The 33-year-old is one of the most beautiful women on Earth, and she always seems to be smiling -- something she credits to her Brazilian background.
"In Brazil, there's this thing where people are really happy. Whatever they go through in life, they're really happy," she explained to OK! magazine. (Of course, when you look like Ambrosio, it's hard not to be happy.)
The mother of two explained that she wants her daughter, Anja, to be raised as both Brazilian and American for different reasons. "I'm going to raise her both places. Half Brazil and half American, that's how it goes," she said. "Here in America, people are very professional. They'’re serious, and that’s another thing I want her to have."
The 5'11" beauty has been engaged to Jamie Mazur since 2008 and they've dated since 2005. While they have yet to tie the knot, they do adore one another. "What I love about him is that he's very confident of himself and he loves me very much and he makes me feel good," she said of the businessman.
Ambrosio's happy, beautiful life isn't always easy. One of her first world problems? Having to walk the runway pregnant with her son Noah ... when no one knew she was expecting! "I didn't tell anybody so no one knew at the show that I was pregnant," she told Us Weekly of the 2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. "A week before, I told my booker I don't think I'm going to be able to fit into the clothes because I gained a few pounds already, but we were just quiet."
So how did she hide it? "I cut all the sugars and sweets 10 days before and I got my trainer -- the one I usually get -- and we were doing lots of glutes and arms and back exercises."
As for how she keeps herself in svelte shape now? Yoga and no dieting at all. Life isn't fair, but Ambrosio may be the fairest of them all. See her most jaw-droppingly gorgeous (and even some topless and nude!) photos below!
