Alas, I'm not unsusceptible to the love of shiny shinies, and, in truth, I don't wish to be "sweatpants lady" for much longer.
I used to think that glam was a product of one's territory; is it at all practical for a farmer to wear sparkly heels to milk a cow? Is glam the first priority for fashion choice when you're planting trees in the Amazon? Does one have to live in a city to want to be glammed up, or is getting glam just an individual choice that plays straight to the idea of being beautiful?
