Are Drake and K'yanna Barber dating

Will the real Kiki please stand up?

Kiki, do you love me?

Are you riding?

Say you'll never ever leave from beside me

‘Cause I want ya, and I need ya

And I'm down for you always

Who is Kiki that Drake sings about? There’s been so much speculation about who “Kiki” is in Drake’s song “In My Feelings,” with people believing it to be his ex-girlfriend, Keshia Chanté. Chanté even posted on Twitter about it, fueling rumors that she is who he is talking about.

But it turns out that Chanté is Drake’s childhood girlfriend who he has remained close with.

But despite this, new rumors are circulating that Kiki is actually a woman named K’yanna Barber. And the two were spotted together this past weekend, making us question: are Drake and K’yanna Barber dating?

On July 14, the two appeared at Delilah’s in West Hollywood. Drake and his father, Dennis Graham, pulled up to the club, where Drake got out. Barber’s friend put a post up on her Instagram story of her, Barber, and Drake, having fun at the club. However, she later deleted the post, making fans ask even more questions.

Drake has been linked to Barber before. According to Billboard, Barber met Drake backstage at a concert in 2016. She also visited the rapper at his mansion in Toronto in 2017.

But things got complicated and the two apparently had a falling out, leading to Drake unfollowing and then re-following Barber on Instagram. It seems the two have patched things up, though, as evident by the video from Delilah’s.

But is there something going on between them?

It’s hard to say. Perhaps Drake has remained friends with Barber and has cut all romantic ties. It seems the two are still close, and Barber even defended him against haters who said he was a deadbeat dad.

On his new album, “Scorpion,” Drake directly addresses and confirms he has a son, talking about becoming a better father and dealing with the fallout of having a child. On the track “March 14th,” he raps:

October baby for irony sake, of course

I got this 11 tatted for somebody, now it’s yours

And believe me, I can’t wait to get a hundred more

The fact that she would stand by him among all the rumors and hateful comments just goes to show how good of a bond they share. Whether or not it’s more, well... we’ll have to see, won’t we?
