Lea Michele is engaged! The actress and singer took to her social media accounts on Saturday to show off her enormous diamond engagement ring. She captioned the pic on Instagram and Twitter with a simple "Yes." In the image, it's clear that she is at the beach. So ... who is Lea Michele's fiancé? She has been dating Zandy Reich for 10 months. The couple began dating in July 2017. Lea was then flooded with well wishes and congratulations from her more than five million Instagram followers

1. They were friends before they started dating.

Zandy Reich and Lea Michele were friends a for a long time before things turned romantic last summer. It is not known how long before they started dating that the two knew each other, but a solid friendship is always a good way to being a romantic relationship.

2. He is president of a clothing company.

He is the president of the clothing company AYR, which stands for All Year Round. Prior to that he worked in business development and strategy for the clothing brand Theory and at Goldman Sachs and the investment bank Renaissance Capital.

3. He is an alumni of an Ivy League college.

Reich graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in economics in 2005. While in undergrad he was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He got his MBA from Penn's Wharton School of Business in 2012.

4. He was a jock in college.

Reich is all about business these days but back in his undergrad days, he was a member of Penn's lacrosse team. As a senior, he was both captain of the team and a starting player. He started playing lacrosse in sixth grade. In a 2016 interview with Penn Athletics, Reich spoke about the leadership skills his lacrosse years taught him.

"I've learned how to lead by example. Actions speak louder than words, so they look to what I bring to the field and how I handle other situations. But other people do that for me, too. We have all learned how to pick each other up and keep going, how to give that boost we need. We rely on each other."

5. He designed Lea's ring.

Reich designed Lea's four carat radiant cut ring with jeweler Leor Yerushalmi and the jewelry store The Jewelers of Las Vegas. He may be in business development and strategy in the apparel industry now but if that ever fails, he can always start a jewelry line.

In November 2017, Lea Michele told People that Reich helps her stay grounded.
