He threatened the alleged victim's career.

HGTV host Carter Oosterhouse has been accused of forcing the show’s makeup artist, Kailey Kaminsky, to perform oral sex on him.

Kaminsky claims the TV host insisted on the sexual favor for months before threatening her employment, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

"At that point, I was a nervous wreck," says Kaminsky. "I was so worn down from his advances, so I did: that day, on that occasion. It was the first time. Then thereafter it was most every time we would shoot — 10 to 15 times he put me in this position."

The makeup artist claims that the two worked together a lot and that Oosterhouse would incessantly request that she perform oral sex on him.

“He’s like, ‘You know what would be a good idea? If you went down on me,'” Kaminsky said, speaking of Oosterhouse. “I was shocked — it was so random. I said, in my sarcastic way, ‘Well, that’s not sexual harassment at all.’ He said, ‘I just think it would be fun.’ I made it clear that I did not think it would be fun. Still, I thought he was just goofing around.”

Kaminsky laughed it off at first because she is gay and was sure he was joking.

Then, one day he asked Kaminsky if she liked her job and insinuated that she needed to go down on him in order to keep it or advance in her career.

“It was as if he had tunnel vision,” Kaminsky said. “He was determined to get a blowjob.”

Oosterhouse owned up to having sexual relations with Kaminsky but insists the oral sex was “100% mutual” and that she often initiated the act.

“I had an intimate relationship with Kailey 9 years ago and it was 100% mutual and consensual,” Oosterhouse wrote in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter. “In no way did I ever feel, nor was it ever indicated to me, that Kailey was uncomfortable during our intimate relationship. I would have never done anything that I was not sure was mutually agreeable. The reality is that I knew it was consensual because she initiated it the first time and many of the 15 or so times we had relations thereafter.

The accounts by each Oosterhouse and Kaminsky are opposite.

Kaminsky said she developed an ulcer in her stomach because of the stress and weight the incident bore on her and had to be hospitalized. She missed work for a week.

“I kept beating myself up psychologically — that I was nothing but a prostitute,” she told THRKaminsky has since quit her career as a makeup artist as a result of the alleged assault.

“He took away the joy that I got from doing makeup," she said to the Hollywood Reporter. "I just had no confidence."

The former professional makeup artist was inspired to share her story after the #MeToo movement gained popularity. "I'm not looking to be litigious or for money," Kaminsky said. "I just want to set the record straight about what happened to me."

According to Hollywood Life, her claims haven’t been confirmed or verified.
