The Duchess of Cambridge recently announced she was pregnant.

It's official: Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton are expecting their third child. That's right, we're getting graced with another adorable royal baby.

Also, we totally called it. And now everyone is wondering what Kate Middleton will name the new Prince or Princess (of course).

The famously royal family announced their upcoming addition in the following statement:

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child. “The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news.”

Kate is believed to be less than three months pregnant and is experiencing the same severe morning sickness she did during her first two pregnancies.

People suffering from this illness can have vomiting so acute that they have to be hospitalized, which is probably why she was recently hospitalized.

But Kate's illness is not all that dangerous, according to doctors.

The birth of this new baby will relegate Prince Harry down to the sixth in line for the throne, but he doesn't seem too bothered by it. He told reporters he was "very, very happy for them."

This happy announcement comes after the 20th anniversary of Princess Diana's death. As with any new pregnancy, people are already clamoring to cash in on what the baby's name will be.

London-based bookmaker William Hill predicted the odds on the name, with Alice being the most popular choice for a girl. The second most popular choice is Elizabeth and for a boy, it's James and Arthur.

Odds on the gender are equal, but the odds on Kate having twins is pretty high.

These oddsmakers also believe there's a good chance the new baby could be named after Princess Diana, which would, in my humble opinion, be a beautiful tribute.
