You want to form an idea of what gets them happy, excited, and inspired. You also want to know what they absolutely can’t stand, what angers them, or what confuses them.
And when it comes to what confuses each zodiac sign, specifically, astrology is a great way to find out. Because a lot of people are confusing, and what better way to determine why than by using the stars?
One of the ways to better understand someone is to find out what baffles and mystifies them. If you can help them find healthy ways to deal with their confusion, all the better. Sometimes the things that confuse us about other people are traits that we don’t like to admit we have. We can be confusing to ourselves. Have you ever wondered why you did something when you never even had any desire to do it in the past?
There are many mysteries in life, and most of them we’ll never solve. It keeps things interesting and helps to prevent us from ever getting bored or complacent. So, sometimes getting confused inspires us to find out more and try to solve the puzzle.
When something confuses you about someone else, it can put up a wall. You don’t get why they do the things they do, and the feeling can overwhelm you so you don’t even try to work through the confusion to get to a place of clarity.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries get confused by people who overthink to the extent that they're paralyzed by their indecision. They are known to impulsively take action, so they don't get how fear could prevent someone from jumping all in and not considering the consequences.
They don't understand people who don't take chances or who like to do the same things day after day. Aries likes to do new things, cultivate new interests, and know that if they were stuck in a routine, they'd be bored out of their head.
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus are confused by people who give in too easily. What's the point in even trying if you're going to concede early on in the game? Taurus are stubborn and are known for digging their heels in and fighting until they've won. When someone gives up, even if it makes Taurus the winner, the victory feels empty to them.
If you're going to compete, give it your all, otherwise you're just a quitter. Tauruses also don't understand people who feel that they have to schedule something for every moment of the day. They know how important it is to chill and relax.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis are confused by people who are rigid, set in their ways, and take everything way too seriously. Geminis are smart enough to know how important having a sense of humor and being flexible are, and that if you're open to the unexpected, great things can happen, but if you're too closed off, they won't.
They don't understand people who refuse to listen. Even if you don't agree with Gemini, at least consider what they have to say without dismissing it out of hand.
CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers are confused by people who don't have a romantic bone in their body. How can anyone not be interested in love and all the romantic trappings that go with it? They also don't understand people who keep their feelings to themselves and aren't interested in other people's emotions either.
Cancers can't see how you can bond with someone if you aren't able to express how you're feeling with them. Indifference confuses them and people who have no compassion for themselves or others.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leos are confused by people who won't take a stand or defend others. They basically don't understand cowardly people or people who refuse to make waves. Leos are courageous and tend to be leaders, so part of the personality is working to make other people's lives better.
Leos are confused by people who take no pride in their appearance and throw on whatever clothing they find nearby. They really don't understand people who would throw you under the bus to save themselves.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos are confused by people who give up on learning and are okay with being ignorant, especially if they have many opportunities to get an education. They don't understand messy people who only take showers once a week and whose houses never seem to get a good cleaning.
Virgos are confused by people who don't put things back where they got them or return things in worse shape than when they borrowed them. They are fuss, and have an attention to detail, so sloppiness is an alien concept to them.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras are confused by people who love confrontation and are always looking for a fight. They don't thrive on conflict and it doesn't make them feel more alive to be sparring with another person — it makes them upset.
Libras are confused when someone accuses them of doing something they didn't do and then won't listen to reason. If you're going to make accusations, make sure you have the facts right. Sometimes, Libras are confused by people who can't stop talking about themselves. It's great to have a healthy ego, but no one wants to hear every detail about your life.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios are confused by people who think lying is no big deal, because it's a huge deal for Scorpio! They don't understand insensitive people, people who don't give a damn, and people who have no purpose in life.
Since Scorpio is a very sexual sign, they don't understand people who don't like to be touched or don't need sex or intimacy. These signs are confused by people without passion. They don't get how some people aim low and don't even try to better themselves or their lives.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarians are confused by people who have no curiosity and who refuse to travel. The world is a big, fascinating place and Sagittarius wants to see as much of it as possible, so they can't fathom how someone would never want to leave their home.
Sagittarians are extremely independent, so they don't get people who refuse to go anywhere or do anything by themselves. They get confused by people who need commitment in order to thrive and need to put down roots before they're truly happy.
CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns are confused by lazy people and those who shirk their duties and responsibilities. They also don't understand people who screw up their finances without care and do nothing to set things right financially.
Since Capricorns are conscientious and reliable, they don't understand people who don't follow through or keep their promises. They don't see how people can be irresponsible and have no discipline — it goes against everything this zodiac sign holds dear.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
When someone is having an emotional meltdown, that confuses Aquarius because they don't know what they're supposed to do (if anything) or how they should handle it. The truth is that many times their own emotions confuse them. They'd prefer not to act from the heart if they can avoid it.
Aquarians are creative and intelligent thinkers, so they don't understand people who never think outside the box and who follow the rules to the letter. People who don't like nature confuse Aquarius because to them, being outside in nature is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Deliberately mean people confuse Pisces, as well as people who refuse to help others. People who don't have active imaginations is something that Pisces people have difficulty wrapping their minds around.
They don't understand those who are selfish, self-serving, or who lack empathy for others. Kindness goes a long way with this sign, and if someone doesn't have a drop of it, it's practically impossible for them to process.
