Miller, whose full name is Malcolm James McCormick, fled on foot with his two other passengers. An eyewitness called the police and told them which direction they had gone.

Officers got his address from the crash site and arrested him at his home.

When they arrived, Miller reportedly confessed to everything.

“He was the most polite and nice intoxicated person we’ve ever seen,” one law enforcement source told TMZ. He's reportedly still sobering up behind bars and his bail has been set at $15,000.

This unfortunate incident comes after Miller and his longtime girlfriend Ariana Grande, 24, broke up. Even though she referred to him as her "best friend" in the announcement she made via social media, they both recently unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Their breakup was reportedly due to conflicting schedules.

At this time, Miller still hasn't posted bail and seems to remain behind bars. Grande has yet to comment on his arrest.

He was previously arrested for marijuana possession in February 2011 and spent a night in jail.
