Luann de Lesseps, a.k.a "The Countess," was arrested on Sunday.

One of the stars from The Real Housewives of New York City was arrested in Florida Sunday after she drunkenly attacked an officer and resisted arrest.

Luann de Lesseps — known as "The Countess" on the show — was arrested on felony charges of battery on an officer, resisting arrest with violence and crimes against a person. She was also charged with a misdemeanor of disorderly intoxication.

According to the Palm Beach Police, the 52-year-old reality TV star slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer.

"I'm going to kill you all," is allegedly what De Lesseps told people before she was arrested and taken to jail around 1:25 a.m. on Christmas Eve.

Because she has no prior offenses, she was released on her own recognizance just before noon. She will be allowed to go back to New York.

Judge Ted Booras advised her not to ignore the charges and to hire a criminal defense attorney.

"I don't think it would be that hard to find you," he said. Judge Booras also advised her not to incriminate herself when he suggested she might have a drinking problem.

"Don't say anything," he told De Lesseps.

She told Page Six that she blames her actions on being emotional after her recent divorce.

"This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions," she said. "I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I  might have offended with my behavior."

"I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018," she added.

In August, she divorced Tom D'Agostino Jr., after a short-lived marriage. They were married only in December 2016.

Her ex-husband is currently in Palm Beach for Christmas but has made no comment about her arrest. However, a source close to him told DailyMail.com that he's well aware of her violent tendencies.

"Tom left her for this reason because she was so violent," the source said. "She used to punch, kick and scratch him. And in public. It doesn't surprise me, especially when she drinks."

"And boy does she like to drink," the source added. "She clearly has a problem."

In July, she was accused of slapping D'Agostino in a restaurant but told Andy Cohen that the allegations were not true.

She's due back in court January 25. 2018.
