Your Zodiac Sign's Weekly Love Horoscope & Tarot Card Reading For October 19 - 25, 2020
Follow your gut this week (and always).
There is an interesting theme going on in this week's Tarot card reading, and it seems to be geared around the idea of impossible expectations that have the power to plunge us into depression and disappointment.
We all have ideals, but the weekly love horoscope is about rewriting those pages and making them possible.
This feeling of not getting what we want can become all-pervasive if we let it become obsession; we have to come to terms with the fact that we cannot always get what we want, and that there are options in our lives.
This week has us rethinking those options, knowing there is always hope and a better way of doing things that will work. In love, it is the same as it is in business: make the right choice, respect yourself above all, and do not worry about the opinions of others.
Listen to your heart and make your decisions based on what your gut tells you.
Each Zodiac Sign's Weekly Love Horoscope and Tarot Card Reading
Aries (March 21 - April 19): 2 of Wands, reversed
A business decision goes wrong this week, Aries.
It is not a tragic mess, just a heads up and a lesson to learn. Have patience, keep at it, and do not give up just because it did not work out this time.
This can cross over into romance as well. Do not give up just because you are frustrated. It is only about finding the right way in.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20): King of Swords
The King of Swords represents violence, partying, wildness and betrayal.
Do not trust the person in your life who comes across as strong and dominant; they are only interested in their own benefit, and though they might seem honest, they are out for themselves and will hurt you or anyone else who stands in their way.
This is an unfair person, Taurus. Avoid them or pay the price.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20): Queen of Pentacles, reversed
Gemini, if you thought you were going to get money from that person who seems so nice and generous, think again.
You are going to have to pay with emotion and game-playing to get what you want out of this person, and she or he has no intention of letting you getting away easy.
This person is work; prepare to put in the time if you want something from them.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22): 10 of Swords
You may know someone who gets a bad diagnosis this week, Cancer.
The 10 of Swords is a card of illness, of tests and medical upsets. It is also a wake-up call card that says do not get yourself in a bad position, one where you are not protected from the illnesses of the world.
Wear a mask. Coronavirus is real, and this card says it could be real in your life in ways you did not expect. Protect yourself!
Leo (July 23 - August 22): 3 of Wands
This card lets you know that you cannot listen to what other people say, especially if it is about you, Leo.
Gossip is what happens when people get bored and want to start trouble. They are looking for your reaction, hoping it will bring in the necessary drama to give them something to do.
Do yourself a favor and do not react. Just walk away.
Virgo (August 23 - September 22): 9 of Wands, reversed
Virgo, you are paying now for a mistake you made, maybe last week.
It is not tragic and there is no big meaning to it here; however, there is a mess and it is up to you to make it gone. Get rid of it.
It is more than likely something ridiculous, like a document that you let pass without a signature. This week, you need to be on the ball about details, so do not let this mess become bigger than it already is.
Libra (September 23 - October 22): 4 of Cups, reversed
It is all good in love, Libra, until you have experienced your first real fight. And this week may just bring on something of that nature.
It is a lesson in idealism; do not idolize your partner and do not put them so high on a pedestal that you cannot fault them for anything. They are not perfect, so expect human nature to come into play now and then, and forgive it.
We are all human, and none of us is perfect.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21): 7 of Swords, reversed
Scorpio, someone is going to shout these words at you: Enough is enough! And they would be right, because you have been doing this pity party thing for way too long.
It is understandable that you are licking your wounds, but those wounds have long become scars, and you are no longer needed in the distant past. The now needs you to stay awake and stay alive. This is no dress rehearsal. Live your life now.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21): King of Pentacles, reversed
Ah, if only the King of Pentacles was not reversed, Sagittarius! However, he is, and that means disappointment and waiting.
It is not terrible, it is just about this week being one where you come to know that this "thing" you want out of a person (mate, friend or family) is just not coming that easily.
This is a kind person, a good person, but they are also tight and stingy. And if money was something you wanted from them, forget it. Not this week.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19): 6 of Pentacles
Once again, you have taken that Capricorn savvy and made it so your life is working in order.
This card represents order in the home and living the good life, which seems to be something you have mastered.
Your week is going to be successful and true to your plan, and you are going to feel the peace of having made good decisions.
Aquarius (January 20 - February 18): 3 of Pentacles
Aquarius, you are at the end of your tether and do not feel you can keep the balance any longer.
Things have really made you feel overwhelmed. You could sink or you could swim, so the choice is on you.
Everything you are dealing with has a solution, you just have to hang on long enough to trust yourself to do the right thing. Stay afloat, it will be worth it.
Pisces (February 19 - March 10): 3 of Swords
Pisces, this week's theme is going to be "Nothing is perfect," and you need to get with that program ASAP.
Nothing is perfect, so stop counting on things to work out perfectly. People are imperfect and so are you, and it is fine that way.
Your sense of expectation is way too high; you are setting yourself up for major disappointment.
Try to forgive what is not exactly as you imagined it to be, and, if you cannot, try giving yourself a break by not expecting too much from those who cannot give you what you demand.
