They see the good in people.

Do you prefer to see the good in people rather than to focus on the negative aspects of their personality? What is it that makes you do this? It could actually have a lot to do with astrology and the zodiac sign that you were born under.
Giving someone the benefit of the doubt means you make the choice to believe something good about someone instead of something bad, when either could be true. But should you blindly give everyone the benefit of the doubt, or should you be more selective?
There are those who think you should never believe something someone says at face value, because when you do, you’re setting yourself up for trouble. It takes a leap of faith and a belief that people generally do the right thing to trust people enough to assume they’re kind, thoughtful, generous, and conscientious.
Is it naive to see the best in people and their actions? In some ways it is, but being too cynical isn’t good either. And for the zodiac signs who give people the benefit of the doubt, they're quite optimistic in their opinions of others.
1. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces give people a lot of second chances, no matter what their behavior has indicated in the past. They want to believe people can change and be better humans, so Pisces give them the benefit of the doubt.
Sometimes this blows up in Pisces' face and the money they lent is never returned, the car they co-signed for is repossessed, and the promise to do better is broken. Still, they remain optimistic that their generosity will be shown as a good thing.
2. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
At heart, Libras are fair and they try not to be judgmental. They try to stay positive, so they'll go into a situation with someone and always try to see it in a positive light... until things are proven to be otherwise.
Libras are diplomatic which means innocent until proven guilty; in other words, give someone the benefit of the doubt until they've shown you their negative side at work, and even then, try to see if there are underlying reasons for that behavior.
3. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
It's extremely important for Leos to see the best in people — it's just who they are. You can't be a leader if you don't understand those you lead. Leos have a very optimistic spirit and it's hard for them to think someone might do something wrong or unkind by choice.
They are loyal and seek loyalty, so when someone does something sketchy that might affect them in a negative way, it's difficult for Leo to even comprehend why they would do something bad on purpose.
4. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis are always searching for the good in people and will talk to them for hours if need be. They don't want to believe that someone would hurt them or do something bad out of spite, so they give them the benefit of the doubt.
Now, this attitude doesn't always work out in Gemini's favor, but they try to become too cynical because of it. Sometimes, they are rewarded, and the person really is doing something good; other times, not so much.
5. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Giving people the benefit of the doubt can sometimes cause a lot of emotional turmoil for Cancer. They want to believe people have their best interests at heart, but sometimes it doesn't work out that way and Cancer is devastated.
They know they need to be more careful about who they trust and who they give their heart to, but sometimes they just jump right in. It takes more than one betrayal for Cancer to become more cautious and careful.
