Call them pet peeves or simply "things I hate," but in the long run, we're not perfect people who go around spewing brown rice and love all the live long day. And when you get to know us humans, we're a motley crew for sure.
Most of what makes up our less-than-lovely attitudes are the way we act when we're near anything we hate. Not liking things really brings out the worst in us. And if we consider astrology, what the zodiac signs hate most is dependent upon those attitudes.
Thankfully, we have some variety to how we hate, and also thankfully, we don't all hate with venomous force; sometimes, we just disgust ourselves to death with how intolerant we are for that which doesn't ultimately please us. We hate individually, specifically, and we do it as passionately as we do it routinely.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
You hate being misquoted and misunderstood so much that if such a thing should happen to you, you will go out of your way — no matter how far out of the way it means — to right the wrong of someone else's misquoted words. And by the time you've made it all right, you've utterly forgotten why you got involved in the first place.
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
You hate not being listened to, and all your friends know you so well by now that they know to look in your eyes and nod several times while you speak just so you don't yell at them and demand they look at you. You don't like wasting words, and you want the respect you deserve, when you speak.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
More than anything in the world, you hate making a decision. It could be important or trivial, it doesn't matter; it's the idea that your peace and quiet will be interrupted to make room for a problem, as that is how you see all decisions: problems.
You are naturally indecisive, and you're dead serious when you say, "I'll let you know another day..."
CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
You hate when friends don't see your way. You feel strongly about your own decisions and how you go about your life, your lifestyle choices, and you expect others to see through your eyes.
You don't recognize this as narcissistic, you actually do think your way is the only way, and because you believe it to be a great way, you hate when others don't immediately jump on board.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
You hate not getting your way. It could be losing an argument, missing out on a sale, or not being credited for being the one who did something great.
You want to be known as the kindest friend, the best lover, the most generous mate, and the smartest person in the room. And if any of those don't happen, you sulk and prowl like a big, mean hateful cat.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
There's very little you don't hate, and what's left is always available to you to pick apart. Hating is a pastime for you, Virgo, but truly, if there is one thing you hate more than anything else, it's people. Plain and simple.
People supply you with all you need to hate at a steady clip, and you hate them for it.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
If there's one thing you really hate, it's when someone doesn't know as much as you on a topic and they attempt to explain something. Everyone is a peon to you, Libra, and in your mind, no one single person has the answers to anything — except you.
And so, when someone other than you makes an effort to "get" something, you condemn their actions, calling them naive and inferior.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Oddly enough, you hate being overcharged more than you hate genocide, war or the apocalypse. You are a real stickler for getting the right deal, the right price.
You're good at auctions and gambling, but the same love of risk gives you a serious hate when you feel ripped off. You treat being overcharged in the same way you'd treat watching a snuff film.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Nothing on earth ruffles you like betrayal and being lied to, and you are, after all, an expert on receiving both. You are known to your friends as "the trusting one" and everyone in your circle knows you to be naive and gullible — and it's true.
Unfortunately, you've been hurt time and again, and you have very little trust for anyone left. You hate being lied to, mainly because you completely believe what's told to you.
CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
You hate not getting in the last word, and not only that — to make sure your word is last, and insulting, humiliating and vulgar — you ghost people to make sure they have no comeback.
You think you're always right, and when contested you panic and strike back way too hard. You're defensive to a fault, and all so you can feel like you've gotten in the last word.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
You hate not having control, and unfortunately, you see all scenarios as potentially threatening to your control, so, in turn, you try to control everything around you, 24/7. You are a control freak so it's pretty easy to ruffle your feathers.
All one has to do is think with their own mind and you'll be offended. You need to know the outcome, and only you can figure this out for yourself. That's why you hate the input of others: it may ruin your control plan.
PISCES (February 19 - March 10)
You are very conscious of what you give and what you get, and if you don't get the same or more from someone you've given to, no matter what that "thing" is, you resent it. Then, you let the resentment build into a full-blown hate war.
It's not just about equality with you, it's about expectation and disappointment. You expect too high, and then you plummet with disappointment when you don't get what you want, and that fills you with resentment and hate.
