The hospital is getting ready to deliver another royal baby!

Kate Middleton is expecting her third baby any day now, signs hint.

The world is waiting anxiously to welcome the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William’s third child into the world — and the wait may almost be over.

Signs outside of a London hospital, as well as hints of the baby’s name, are leading people to believe that this beautiful miracle is about to happen.

The royal couple has two children already but has publicly spoken about their excitement to expand their family. Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, are the current children of the Duke and Duchess.

Kensington Palace announced that Kate was having baby No.3 back in October of last year and said her due date was in April.

According to Forbes, the official title of the baby will be His Royal Highness Prince or Princess … of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Here is everything you need to know about Kate and William’s third baby:

1. The hospital is preparing for Kate’s delivery.

As of Monday, temporary signs that read "No Parking" were put up outside St. Mary’s Hospital, where Kate is planning to give birth. The notices allow no one to park at the Lindo Wing of the hospital in Paddington, West London, from April 9 to April 30 for an “event,” a.k.a. the birth of a royal baby.

The clock is ticking!

The parking restrictions are a major sign that preparations for an addition to the royal family are underway.

2. The couple’s two other children were born at the same hospital.

Kate gave birth to her firstborn, Prince George, in July of 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in London.

Princess Charlotte was born at the same hospital as well back on May 2, 2015.

Us Weekly writes that the private hospital wing where Kate has given birth twice was set up by the late Queen Elizabeth in 1937.

3. Baby #3’s gender has not been announced.

The sex of the new royal baby will be a surprise to everyone, including the Duke and Duchess.

Kate and William decided not to learn the gender of their upcoming addition until he or she is born, Vanity Fair reports.

People have placed countless bets on whether the latest member of the royal family will be a boy or a girl, although odds are the couple will welcome a little boy.

4. People are betting on what the baby will be named.

According to The Sun, bookies have leaned toward very traditional names, which is not surprising because it is common in the royal family to pass down names.

If the next addition to the royal family is a girl, Alice, Mary, Elizabeth, and Victoria are the top picks for her name.

Albert, James, Philip, and Arthur are the most expected names if the Duke and Duchess welcome a baby boy.

5. He or she will not carry a last name.

"The royal baby will not have a last name," royal historian and writer of the Royal Musings blog Marlene Eilers Koenig told Town and Country Magazine. "The name on the birth certificate will say HRH [His or Her Royal Highness] Prince or Princess, and all three names of Cambridge."

The baby, regardless of gender, will have three first names that will follow the official royal title.

6. The new royal may share a birthday with a major member of the royal family.

The baby’s official due date is April 23 but we all know that babies decide when they are ready to be born and that due dates are not always on the dot.

If the newest royal is born April 21, he or she will share a birthday with the Queen herself.

Kate and William’s seventh wedding anniversary is on April 29, which would also be a special day.

The little prince or princess will either be an Aries or a Taurus.
