I don’t want to be the type of person who “demands” to be treated like a princess, but I will be honest and say that it definitely helps me like you a lot better if you do.
Of course, if I’m demanding to be treated like a princess, does that make me a princess by default? Because if so, then I’m okay with that.
But you get my point. Isn’t always so much better having a partner who’s willing to treat you like royalty and give you the world instead of the ones who make you feel greedy or stuck-up just because you feel like you’re worth a lot?
And being treated like a princess doesn’t even necessarily mean having someone shower you with gifts and material things.
All your significant other wants for you is all the happiness and love in the world, and his duty is just to shower you in kisses and affection and sometimes presents.
Sounds like a dream, doesn’t it? Of course, also in my opinion, all women should be treated like princesses or queens – or whatever it is you want to be called – because all ladies are WORTH.
I know from personal experience that being a significant other’s princess is one of the best feelings in the world.
It always gives me butterflies in my stomach to know that someone thinks I’m a princess.
Plus, whenever I’m acting like a princess in the other way – when I’m stomping my feet and acting grumpy because I didn’t get my way – I still get to be called a princess, which is a win-win in my book (even when I know I’m not being called princess for a good reason).
My point is, there are some horoscopes (like my significant other’s) who will always treat their partner like a princess, and then there are the zodiac signs who would rather treat you like an equal in your relationship instead of putting you on a pedestal.
These signs aren’t necessarily saying you don’t deserve the world and everything in it, but they certainly aren’t going to spoil you and give you whatever you want; hence, no princess title.
I have found that the partners who just can’t seem to say no to their girlfriends.
Some even have a hard time staying mad at you thanks to whatever spell you put them under (like puppy dog eyes).
Those zodiac signs tend to be the ones most likely to treat you like a princess or a queen (should you ever be in the market for a new bae).
And the partners who won’t indulge you tend to be more on the stricter side when it comes to making sure that you act more like an adult and less like a brat in your relationship.
Though, to be fair, if you do act like a princess (and not the good kind), these signs tend to give the best spankings.
To find out which kind of partner you are, here are the zodiac signs who will treat you like a princess, and the ones who definitely won’t, based on astrology.
CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancer jumps at the chance to treat his girlfriend like a princess, complete with big castle and a dragon to match. For Cancer, being able to treat his girlfriend like a princess is like being able to give her everything she's ever wanted in life.
What he loves most about it is watching your face light up when he spoils you. He has a lot of love to give and when he finds that special person, he wants her to know that she's the most important person in his life. Treating you like a princess is just his way of showing you how happy he is with you.
CAPRICORN (December 20 - January 19)
Capricorn has one of the biggest hearts of the zodiac, which means that he also has a lot of love to give. And while he might be more on the serious side when it comes to expressing just how much he loves his girlfriend, he knows that there are other ways to show he cares.
One of Capricorn's favorite ways to show his love is by treating you like a princess. To him, being able to shower you in gifts and kisses, and maybe even worship the ground you walk on a little, is the perfect way to not only express his love, but just how far he'd go for you.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leo knows just how good it feels to be spoiled himself, so he knows that treating his girl like a princess will make her feel like she's on top of the world. When he treats you like a princess, it's more about showering you in presents and decadent things, and less about the kisses and foot rubs.
Leo is, of course, incredibly affectionate, but he also knows that a princess needs new shoes and a visit to the spa every once in a while. He likes to mix things up, too. Not only will Leo make you feel like a princess, but he'll make you the envy of all your friends, too.
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus treats his woman like a princess ALL the time, but his methods are a little more subtle. But just because he's subtle about it doesn't make it any less special. When he treats his girlfriend like a princess, he does it by paying for drinks and cooking her a candlelit dinner.
And what makes you feel even more like a princess is when he can just look over at you and say, "I got this, babe," with a wink. He just wants you to feel loved (and like you never have to lift a finger for anything) and treating you like his princess is the way to do that.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces is all about the sentimental gifts and making his girlfriend feel like a princess from the time she wakes up to the time she goes to sleep at night. Breakfast in bed, roses just because, and surprise reservations at your favorite restaurant after a long week at work is right up his alley.
He might not always shower you with gifts and surprises, but his attentiveness in the bedroom and the way he always makes sure you're happy still makes you feel like a total princess. He wants you to know that he can make you happy on his own, not just because he's giving you presents.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgo is all about the little gestures and small gifts. He's most definitely the type of guy to say, "This made me think of you," which, if you ask me, is totally adorable. Whenever he holds the door open for you or pulls out your chair for you, he's letting you know in his own way that you're his princess.
At first, it might be hard to tell if he's really treating you like a princess or not, simply because he's a very subtle person. It might start out as cute texts and picking you up for a date instead of just meeting you there, but it'll gradually become more apparent that you're his queen.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpio is a very passionate partner, but treating his girl like a princess isn't always his go-to to make you feel good. That's not to say that he doesn't treat you like a princess, he just doesn't do it with every little part of your relationship.
When Scorpio does treat you like a princess, more often than not he's doing it in the bedroom. He loves being generous during sexy time and if he can do that and make you feel like a total queen, he's all for it. Besides that, he wants you to be his equal in the relationship, not a spoiled brat.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libra is what is known as a people pleaser, which isn't always a good thing to be unless we're talking about what goes on in the bedroom. That said, he doesn't like to treat his girl like a princess simply because he has a hard time saying no.
Libra might slip and give you what you want if you give him those puppy dog eyes you've mastered, but don't expect it to be a regular thing. If he does spoil you, he wants to do it because he loves you, not because you think you deserve everything if you just stomp your feet a little.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius is not a zodiac sign likely to treat you like a princess. He will love you dearly, but spoiling you with gifts and treating you like a queen makes him feel like he's just trying to please you instead of actually get to know you better.
Aquarius is all about the deeper connections in a relationship and he wants you to like him for himself, not his wallet. He will love you deeply, but in the bedroom and in general, he wants you to put as much effort in as he does.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 19)
For Sagittarius, treating you like a princess is less about making you feel like a princess and more... well, childish. He loves to have fun with you and he will buy you gifts and dinners, but he won't spoil the hell out of you.
For him, being with someone spoiled isn't cute. It makes him feel like he has to take care of you, which is not his idea of fun. He'd rather not worry about that kind of stuff at all and just enjoy being with you in a solid relationship built on love.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Gemini is very affectionate, there's no denying that, but his affection tends to be the old school kind — I'm talking about holding hands and sweeping you off of your feet. When it comes to treating you like a princess, it kind of turns him off.
To Gemini, he feels like if he treats you like a princess all the time, it'll start to get boring. There's no element of surprise if you always expect to be given gifts and attention. He hates routine and would rather save the princess stuff for special occasions so that it's much more special.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
When Aries is in a relationship, he's looking for a dynamic partnership that is always full of surprises and romance. In his opinion, treating his girlfriend like a princess is just her way of being able to con things out of him.
In other words, more like a business transaction than romantic. He's more of the guy who wants to just chill with you and only you; not all of your possessions.
He needs a relationship that will challenge him, too — not one that is predictable and can easily be solved by buying you something shiny. Show Aries that all you need is him and you'll probably still feel like a princess in the end.
