Filmmaker Tony Montana shared his experience with the 'House of Cards' actor.

Earlier this week, House of Cards actor Kevin Spacey was accused of sexual assault by Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp when Rapp was just 14 years old. Two weeks prior to that, in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, former news anchor Heather Unruh took to Twitter to accuse Spacey of assaulting someone she knew (and is possibly related to): “The #weinsteinscandal has emboldened me-- #truth time. I was a Kevin Spacey fan until he assaulted a loved one. Time the dominoes fell.”

Now, a third sexual assault has been brought against Kevin Spacey. Filmmaker Tony Montana said in 2003, the actor groped him at a bar.

While editing a documentary at the Coronet Pub, Spacey walked in with a group of friends. Montana said he went up to order a drink and Kevin approached and put his arm around him.

"He was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar," Montana said. "He put his hand on my crotch forcefully and grabbed my whole package.”

Then, the actor allegedly made this sinister statement: "That designates ownership."

“I put my hand down and turned his thumb back to get his hand off it,” Montana said. “I paid for my drink and got away from him.”

But unfortunately, it didn't end there. Montana went to the bathroom, and Spacey followed him inside. “I backed him out the door, and I pushed him,” he said. “One of his friends was in line and I said, ‘It’s time to take your boy home.’ They all ended up leaving.”

Though Montana — who was in his 30s at the time of the incident — never saw the actor again, he said he's never forgotten what happened to him.

Until now, he's only ever talked about it with therapists. He says the assault left him with post-traumatic stress disorder for six months.

"It was an emasculating thing for someone to do to me," he said. "Whenever I went to the bar I would see if he was there or have my back against the wall.”

Rapp's story inspired the filmmaker to come forward.

"This wasn’t something people were talking about openly,” he said. “It still feels awkward. I still feel what I felt then. I put it into the back of my mind until I saw him come forward."

"When you’re trying to accomplish something in the industry, you have things that inspire you, that can help move you forward. You have set backs and haunted experiences. No matter what happens you have to keep going.”

And it doesn't end with Montana's story. A British bartender named Daniel Beal told the British magazine The Sun that Spacey tried to come on to him, and when he refused, he gave him a $10,000 watch.

Beal claims that in 2010, Spacey came into the Goodwood Park Hotel while he was working as the artistic director for London's Old Vic theater. The actor touched Beal's hand and offered him marijuana. When the bartender went outside for his smoke break, Spacey followed him outside. He then sat down next to him on a bench, pulled down his pants and exposed himself.

Beal alleges the actor then asked him: "It's big, isn't it?" The actor then pulled Beal's hand towards his crotch. The bartender refused and ran back inside.

Spacey came back into the bar, took off his Swiss watch and gave it to Beal.

"I thought he was joking but he took off his watch and gave it to me," Beal said. "Looking back I realize it was to keep me quiet."

He sold the watch for $6,000 a few days later, and a few days after that, Spacey's team called the hotel and demanded the watch back. Beal told them he lost it, and Spacey called him a few days later asking to meet up. He refused.

"Looking back, he was trying to manipulate me from the moment he walked into the bar," Beal said. "In hindsight, that must have been grooming. He was just like his character in House Of Cards — seedy and a bit weird."

Spacey has not commented on these new allegations.
