Don't let Neptune in retrograde get you down.

When is Neptune in retrograde? Well, Neptune in retrograde occurs from June 16 through November 22 and is a time when everything one intends has the opportunity to turn into a mess if not checked.
Neptune rules spirituality and intuition, and down here on Earth, its effects look like slight depression, self-doubt, and missed opportunities. When Neptune is in retrograde — as it is right now — self-confidence goes on the fritz. It's not quite as disruptive a force as Mercury in retrograde is, but it's a major player when it comes down to making the right decisions and trusting your own intuition.
You know what’s right for you. Now it’s time to believe it and make it your reality.
These are the times to double check one’s emotions and really keep an eye out for what’s going on in the love department; you might want to express yourself and then suddenly wish you’d never said a thing. Also, monitor your intuition, as you may become very introspective; the retrograde makes us process our thoughts in slow motion. It’s not altogether a bad thing, but it can wreak havoc on our emotional state if we succumb to it.
This is also the time when everyone seems a bit more sensitive than usual. If you ever want to experience a bunch of neurotic human beings, throw them together during Neptune in retrograde and watch what happens.
As far as your own life goes, I would simply keep in mind that these are crazy times — not terrible, not negative, just a little crazy. Simply try to keep your eyes open when it comes to your personal dealings.
This holds true for miscommunications in love as well. Patience is required as introspection can also cause paranoia and feelings of insecurity. During this transition, try to keep a positive attitude. Try not to worry excessively, as we all do sometimes.

Get fresh air, eat right and try to get in some exercise. This transit has a tendency to bring Taurus bodies down a notch health-wise, so make sure you treat yourself right by eating properly and taking good care of yourself.
