Sometimes, a woman needs a little more.

Sometimes we just want it really hard and deep — and there are some ways to get it where it feels nice. The secret to deeper penetration — at least in any form of missionary — is this: The higher up the receiver's legs are, the deeper the thrust.
"Make sure you start slowly on your back, with your legs around their waist, then try to pull your knees back to your chest. If you want it even deeper, keep going. Raise your legs straight up. Can they reach your lover's shoulders? Missionary position is also great for clitoral stimulation and the intimacy of eye contact and kissing," says Jessica Drake, sex educator and adult star.
Angie Rowntree, founder and producer of Porn For Women site Sssh.com, says one of the risks of deep penetration is that a man's penis can hit his partner's cervix if he thrusts too hard or too deeply during sex.
"A position that makes this less likely to happen is the one where the woman lies flat on her belly, spreading her legs as wide as possible, while her man penetrates her as he lies on top of her. This sex position has the added advantage of allowing excellent G-spot stimulation during sex," says Rowntree.
Some of the most popular positions are great for this reason. "Another is the classic rear-entry position where the man stands behind his partner as she bends forward from the waist, perhaps even bending far enough to touch the floor," says Rowntree.
Whether you're going with a tried-and-true classic or trying something new, here are six sex positions that make sure he penetrates all those deep spots.
1. Man on Top
"The further she raises her legs, the deeper he will be able to enter her. But even in the standard man on top position, where his partner lies on her back and places her feet on his calves, he can get pretty deep into her vagina and thrust vigorously," says Rowntree.
2. Rear-entry
This sex position is good for deep penetration when the woman is lying face down, with her buttocks raised.
"The Kama Sutra describes one way in which a couple can get into this position for sex. They start by kneeling, with the woman sitting astride her man, facing away from him. Then she bends forward until he's able to enter her. She then stretches her legs backwards alongside his, resting her chest on her arms which are folded under her, while she raises her buttocks with pillows," says Rowntree.
3. The Squat/Cowgirl
This one is great for getting deep into her vagina, and you can both take turns! She can either ride him and bounce, or he can be the initiator.
"You should try different speeds to spice it up a bit. To do the Squat, he starts by laying on his back and the woman straddles him. She tucks her feet behind the back of his thighs so he has a good grip. He takes his hands and places them on her hips. He finds her sweet spot where her pelvis meets her butt and pounds her like a naughty girl!" says Rowntree.
4. Doggy Style
"This is when the female lays face down with her a** in the air, and the man enters her from behind. The way her body is positioned gives the penis a direct angle deep inside," says Jeff Dillon of ManShop.
5. The Anvil
This is a variation on the missionary position.
"The woman lies down face up, but places her legs on the man's shoulders, allowing him to thrust deep into her vagina," says Dillon.
6. The Stand Up

Dillon says this one is simple: hold your partner in the air and against the wall while you penetrate deep inside.
7. X Marks the Spot
Get on top and then swivel around so you are at an angle looking down at one of his legs. This will push him deep inside you.
"Lay on your back and have him get on his knees, then open his knees out so his pelvis is only a couple of inches off the bed. He can hold your hips and pull you in close, keeping your rhythm so you are only moving back and forth a few centimeters at a time. And the good new for you? The G-spot is only a couple of inches inside you, so the little guy will be pressing his head up against your spot," says dating coach and star of Famously Single, Laurel House.
