There are many benefits to having sex. You burn calories, de-stress, sleep better, minimize pain, have fewer colds, lighter periods, your skin has a healthier glow, and it can bond you and your partner.
Sex is a healthy, pleasurable and enjoyable activity. If it wasn't, it wouldn't be consuming most people's minds all the time.
While some people may argue that there's no such thing as bad sex, there certainly is below average sex. Sometimes things just don't seem to click. Your partner may have a fetish that just doesn't really do it for you, but you try it to make them happy. But it just doesn't work and you both end up frustrated.
It can be difficult for people to communicate what it is they really want in bed and don't have the satisfying, knock-your-socks-off kind of sex they want. Telling your partner what turns you on and gets you off can be crucial. Not knowing what someone wants can definitely lead to trouble in your sex life.
