6 Hyperactive Zodiac Signs Who Can't Contain Their Energy

getty Adults can be hyperactive or have ADHD, even though it may be something associated with children. It can start in childhood and then decrease as the individual ages. However, it’s not unusual for someone to still have issues with impulsiveness, restlessness, and be easily distracted.
That's exactly what the hyperactive zodiac signs experience with having trouble paying attention.
Astrology is a good indicator of particular personality traits, including the tendency to have an overabundance of energy.
Hyperactive individuals are often accident prone because they’re so distracted they don’t notice where they're walking. They may zone out when someone is talking or not have great listening skills anyway with so many thoughts happening at once.
However, those who have been diagnosed with ADHD tend to be extremely bright, creative, and have interesting stories about their adventures. They don’t like to be bored and they’d hate it even more if they were the reason someone else was bored. That's why they tend to be more than interesting and entertaining, using their boundless energy to capture your attention.
1. SAGITTARIUS (November 23 - December 22)
While Sagittarians have many fine character traits, one of their more troublesome traits is that they can be inconsistent, which causes them to have problems seeing things through to the end. It's not unlikely for Sagittarius to be excited about going back to school or wanting to get an advanced degree, and losing steam halfway.
They may also switch jobs more frequently than other people do, but they still have the confidence to go on and get a better job. They're not the type of person who stays their entire work-life at one job.
2. ARIES (March 21 - April 20)
What's a word that's used to describe an Aries individual? Lively. They're extremely energetic and versatile — some might say too versatile and that it borders on restlessness.
Aries often have their attention split into many different directions because they're so easily distracted. They have a million things to do and they're going to try to do them all, even if it means they never focus all their energy on one thing at a time.
3. GEMINI (May 22 - June 21)
It's challenging for Gemini to be consistent or stay focused on one thing at a time. They get bored easily and it's hard for them to get (and stay) organized. They've got a lot of energy and it can be difficult for them to channel it in a positive direction.
Geminis tend to procrastinate, which frustrates them, but the more they try to stay on task, the more their attention wanders. Time definitely gets away from Gemini and they're often late to an appointment or social event.
4. LIBRA (September 24 - October 23)
Like Geminis, Libras procrastinate, but instead of working on finishing the project, no matter how long it takes, they will grow bored and just never go back to it. This zodiac sign can be impatient, and sometimes their impatience interferes with their ability to make a good decision.
Libras may rush into a decision before thinking it out, just to not have to deal with it anymore. Since they often don't prioritize, it's not unlike them to miss a work deadline because they were spending too much time on something insignificant.
5. AQUARIUS (January 21 - February 19)
One of the attributes ADHD is extreme intelligence, and that's Aquarius. They have so many exciting ideas and thoughts in their head that it can be difficult to focus on just one.
Aquarians are unpredictable, inconsistent, and sometimes too detached from what's happening around them. They may go from one extreme to another and it's challenging to keep up with them.
