5 Most Unromantic Zodiac Signs

getty Let’s say your partner is a huge romantic and is always bringing you flowers, taking you to fabulous restaurants, and constantly does romantic gestures. Do you love it? Are you grateful they think of you in such a loving way?
While there are many people who love the idea of romantic gestures, for others, all that romantic stuff leaves them cold. In this case, you may just be unromantic.
Being unromantic isn’t the worst thing. You may prefer things that are realistic and based on fact, not fantasy. And using astrology, there are some unromantic zodiac signs who don't have much appreciation for the traditional ways of expressing affection, admiration, and love.
We all want to be loved and, in many ways, doing something romantic is a way to express love. But it’s not the only way. There are even more unromantic ways of saying you love somebody than there are romantic ones. There’s more freedom to do anything, and when you’re not confined with expectations, you can be even more creative.
1. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
What do we know about Aquarians? They're extremely intelligent, creative, unemotional, and not the kind of people where romance comes to them easily. They're not going to do the standard romantic gestures such as getting down on one knee to propose or giving candy and flowers at Valentine's Day.
No, they're going to do something entirely different to express their love. In fact, it may be so unconventional that you completely miss the romantic message.
2. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
If all romance took was speaking words of love, Gemini might be better at it. However, romance encompasses a lot more than reading poetry or saying, "I love you," and that's where Gemini fails.
They might have the best romantic intentions, but somehow those get lost along the way. It may be hard for them to figure out how to show their love and they'll get distracted in the middle of it, only to end up doing something completely unromantic. Geminis tend to bite off more than they can chew, and this goes double for romantic gestures.
3. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries are passionate, but when it comes to doing romantic things, they can lose their interest. Aries is like Aquarius in that they tend to want to stay away from the conventional (or boring) ways that have been deemed as romantic.
They want to do something they'd appreciate if it were them, but not everybody wants to jump out of a plane to prove their love. Aries can be impulsive and may do something romantic that hasn't been thought-out first and can come across as insincere.
4. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos show their love in practical ways like fixing things for you or making you text them when you get home. The Virgo language of love is nagging; it can come across as annoying and invasive, but they mean well.
What Virgo considers romantic may seem to others as people fighting over a chess game or arguing about politics: not traditionally romantic by any means. It's not that Virgos see romance as a waste of time, but that almost anything would be a better use of their time.
5. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns get a bad rap when it comes to being romantic. They're extremely caring and will do anything for their partner, but they're also quite practical and don't want to waste money on things like flowers (which will most likely day within a day) or a romantic weekend getaway.
Capricorns hate feeling pressured. They tend to feel that the boring things you do together are actually the most romantic of all.
