Saying "I meant to do that" doesn't take away their embarrassment.

Embarrassment is a self-conscious emotion that’s created by the disconnect between how we think we’re supposed to act and how we actually do. Getting embarrassed shows that you care (maybe too much) about what other people think about you.
No one likes the idea that they’re being judged negatively. If you get embarrassed all the time, you’re probably extremely sensitive. Humiliation often comes along with embarrassment, and while there are some people who never feel this way, if we consider personality traits determined by astrology, there are certain zodiac signs who are easily embarrassed.
If you’re able to see the humor in an embarrassing situation and claim it, then it’s less about what you did and more about the funniness of the situation. But not everyone has the hard exterior to handle this.
1. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
One of the reasons Cancers get embarrassed easily is because of their emotional radar. Emotional radar is the way in which we instinctively search the world, looking for clues about what's happening to and around us.
With Cancers, they're on high alert for the more negative emotions such as embarrassment, anger, and anxiety, making them extra sensitive when their emotions are triggered. Cancers, being highly sensitive, often feel judged and that can cause them to feel shame and embarrassment.
2. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos tend to want to be the best and do things perfectly, but when they fall short, it makes them feel embarrassed. If they could lower their expectations of themselves, they wouldn't be setting themselves up for failure, humiliation, and embarrassment all the time.
They also tend to take things seriously, especially actions that make them feel foolish. Virgos aren't always great at laughing things off.
3. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Although Libras are extremely intelligent, they're often gullible and naive. They find themselves in situations where they believe something or someone to be true, so when their falsity is exposed, Libra feels embarrassed that they should have known better.
Libras want to be in on the joke, not the cause of it. It's hard to see the humor of something when you feel like the target of it.
4. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces are very imaginative, and there are times when they imagine they've done something embarrassing that no one else is aware of. Pisces find things they do — their habits, their mannerisms, and the way they react in social situations — as potential ways they may become embarrassed.
Pisces can stress out when it comes to being embarrassed, whereas if they would just chill and not make a big deal of it, they wouldn't be so susceptible to humiliation.
5. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns like to present themselves as being capable, disciplined, and patient, but sometimes they need to loosen up and relax. If you're always on edge, afraid that you're going to do something embarrassing, you probably will be embarrassed.
Yes, Capricorns tend to take themselves too seriously and need to be reminded from time to time how silly, funny, and idiotic (in a good way) they can be. Rather than wishing you could sink into a hole when embarrassed, embrace it and make a joke out it.
