getty There are people who need to move away from home as soon as they can. They do this in order to grow, experience new things, and become more resourceful. If you never challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone, how do you know what you’re capable of doing?
For the zodiac signs who move far away from home, the need to be independent is a key part. They don’t want to have to rely on anyone and feel they need to be tested to see if they have what it takes to stand firmly on their own two feet. When we think of astrology, it's no wonder some zodiac signs are more likely to move than others.
Moving out of your parent’s house but staying in the same city might be enough for some, but for other people, they need to move a long distance away. They may have a rocky relationship with their family, or they may just need some space to see things clearly.
1. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
For Scorpios, distance leads to a deeper appreciation of where they came from. They need to move far away so they can have a new perspective and a new outlook on life.
Moving away makes Scorpio feel excited about their lives and inspires them to make all kinds of changes while opening them up to the possibilities. When they go back for a visit or to settle down, they'll keep that energy and there won't be any regrets.
2. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries are all about having adventures, and what could be more adventuresome than moving halfway across the country? By moving, they are opening up their mind to new lifestyles, cultures, and traditions.
It takes an impulsive personality to jump into a new situation without any safety net, and that's Aries. They want to experience all that life has to offer, and a good place to start is by moving out of their old bedroom and into a new living situation.
3. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarians are going to make friends wherever they go, and maybe that's because of an openness they have to other people, places, and things. They tend to be very independent, and one of the ways they get comfortable with their independence is by moving far away from home.
Aquarius like having the challenge of having to make it or break it, and it's very likely they will try to avoid contacting people back home for help. Moving away helps Aquarius become more confident and capable, and causes them to grow as a person.
4. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
A Leo won't come into their own until they move away from their family. It's difficult for them to be their own person if the people around them are familiar with their background. Leo needs to move to a new location so they have a new beginning and become the person they want to be: one that people don't have preconceived ideas about.
When a Leo is on their own, they discover they're stronger, more competent, and self-reliant than they thought. In a new place, Leo's personal and professional networks will grow at a fast rate because they won't be able to rely on past connections.
5. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
It would be more surprising if Sagittarius didn't move far away from home the first chance they got! Sagittarians need to change things up often, and one of the ways they do that is by living in different places. They like having a home-base for traveling, but they don't want to feel too settled or stuck.
New things give Sagittarians life and inspire them. When they move, it opens the door to a whole new level of independence and freedom. Part of being an adult is going, being, and living where you want.
