getty What makes someone want to jump out of a plane or repel off the side of a mountain? They know that no matter how safe something seems, things can always go wrong, and that if they do it, they’re taking a chance — they could get hurt or die, but they don’t care.
It takes a certain personality type to be someone who enjoys taking risks and doing things that other people have nightmares about. But since astrology influences our personalities, it only makes sense that there are certain thrill-seeking zodiac signs who are much more adventurous than the others.
For those who court danger, once they’ve achieved bungee-jumping or have been in an Australian cage of death with saltwater crocodiles, they need something more exciting. They’re never satisfied and always need more.
Thrill-seekers are brave, adventurous, and are able to control their fear. Even if they’re afraid, they never let it stop them from riding the steepest roller coaster in the world or going volcano boarding in Nicaragua.
People like this don’t sit for hours considering everything that could go wrong or the potential dangers — they don’t care! If it was easy and safe it wouldn’t be any fun, and they’d have no wild stories of the thrilling adventures they had.
1. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Adventure, adrenaline, and physical risk are all things that make Aries' heart sing. They love to be challenged and do things that scare other people. This zodiac sign tends to be impulsive and will do things sometimes without fully thinking them out, but that's okay because they wouldn't want to overthink something and not do it.
Aries are at their happiest when they're facing their fears head-on. The more outrageous and difficult, the better. They need constant stimulation, and what better way to get it than to test their boundaries.
2. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis will do anything that keeps them engaged and entertained. They absolutely can't stand being bored. Geminis want to have fun, be challenged, and do things that other people might be afraid to do.
They have complete confidence in themselves and their abilities, so if there is some risk to it, that's even better. They will try almost anything once and they adore surprising themselves with things they never thought they could do.
3. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarians really hate to miss out on anything, especially when it's something beautiful in nature, so they're going to hike the trails that only expert hikers will tackle and see an amazing view from the top. Or, they'll travel to foreign countries to see waterfalls, caves, or breathtaking views.
They might not know the language or have a definite place to stay, but Sagittarius will be determined that they won't miss a thing. If there's a risk involved, that just adds to the fun and adventure for them.
4. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarians are the people who frequent the scariest rides at the amusement park. The things that make other people fearful just make Aquarius excited. They want to do all the rollercoasters, especially if there's some physical risk involved.
Aquarians don't want their thrills to be too easy; they want to feel that adrenaline rush that you feel when it seems as if you've cheated death. If there's a restaurant that's underneath the water or a ride on the outside of a building in Las Vegas, you know it's either on their list or they've already done it.
