Police have released the video of the RHONY star's Christmas Eve arrest and it's shocking.

“I’m gonna hog tie you if you don’t stop!”

That may sound like a classic line from an explosive episode of Real Housewives of New York but it’s actually something way more real than the Bravo reality series! That’s what a cop said to the former Countess Luann de Lesseps at her Palm Beach arrest last winter!

The RHONY star is facing felony charges from the Christmas Eve arrest and is facing up to five years in prison. She had pleaded not guilty but now there’s a new dash cam tape of the arrest and it’s going to be really hard for Luann to prove her innocence on all counts.

Here’s everything you should know about the wild night and the full Luann de Lesseps arrest video:

1. It all started in the wrong hotel room.

Luann and an unidentified man were discovered in the wrong hotel room at Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. They allegedly snuck in during turndown service and the drunk pair refused to leave when security came. Someone called the cops to get them out of the room.

2. Luann really didn’t want to leave.

The drunk reality star didn’t want to leave the wrong room even after cops showed up. The police report says she was kicking at the cops and slamming doors to prevent them from removing her.

People reported that the police report says “Officer O’Leary then attempted to detain De Lesseps and remove her from the bathroom, at which time De Lesseps shoved Officer O’Leary with an open palm to the chest, then slammed the door on Officer O’Leary face, striking him in the forehead. While De Lesseps was being placed in handcuffs she resisted by pushing and pulling away from Officer O’Leary and I.”

3. Things got uglier in the cop car.

Once police extracted Luann from the hotel in handcuffs, they sat her in a cruiser where she kept repeating “I’ve done nothing wrong.” At one point, she slips the cuffs off and leaves the car. Police try to put her back in and buckle her seatbelt. When they do that she gets angry and threatens to kill them. That’s when the cops offer to hogtie her.

4. The charges against her are serious.

Everyone who watches cop shows knows that resisting arrest is a serious deal. So is kicking cops, hitting them with slammed doors and treating to kill them. All of those actions mean that Luann isn’t facing a simple drunk and disorderly charge. She’s charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting arrest with violence and threatening a public servant. All of that could result in up to five years in prison.

5. The video isn’t the only evidence against her.

E! news has photos from the Florida State Attorney showing the marks left on the arresting officer’s fact that night. There are clearly bruises on his forehead, presumably from when she slammed the door on his face. The photos are part of the evidence against Luann and could make her actions even harder to defend.

6. But she’s pleading not guilty.

Luann’s first court date was back in the winter and she declined a plea deal, choosing instead to plead not guilty. She tried to blame the whole event on feeling bad about her divorce from husband Tom D’Agostino after 7 months of marriage.

She released a statement saying,  “This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.”

7. Then she headed to rehab.

A few days after the first statement was released, Luann told People magazine that she was going to rehab, saying “I have decided to seek professional guidance and will be voluntarily checking into an alcohol treatment center. I intend to turn this unfortunate incident into a positive life changing event. Once again, I sincerely apologize for my actions.” It was a short program, however, as she was tweeting that it was good to be home by the end of January.

Since she got home, she's been busy promoting her cabaret show on Twitter and Instagram. No comment yet on the shocking arrest video but keep an on social media! With the Real Housewives, anything can happen.
