Thomas Jnr says his half-sister has forgotten her roots.

Another member of Meghan Markle's family is claiming the soon-to-be-royal is snubbing her own relatives.

Thomas Jnr, Markle's 51-year-old half-brother, said that the family is being torn apart by her refusal to invite certain members to her wedding to Prince Harry.

He accused the 36-year-old actress of forgetting her roots.

"She's clearly forgotten her roots," he said. "It's torn my entire family apart."

"Meg likes to portray herself as a humanitarian, a people's person and a charitable person but she is none of those things to her family."

Thomas Jnr said he's especially upset because she's trying to come off as the new Princess Diana.

"She is giving the greatest performance of her life," he continued. "She is acting phoney. I've read that Meg wants to be like Diana. Diana was worshipped by everyone in the world."

"She was loved for the right reasons."

"That's what Meg wants, but I don't think that's going to happen. She's not genuine like Diana."

Thomas said he hasn't seen his half-sister since 2011 when she attended their grandmother's funeral with her ex-husband, Trevor Engleson, 41.

Despite her supposedly leaving some family members out of the wedding, Thomas says he expects an invite.

"I haven't got an invite yet but I do expect to get one," he said. "It would be really nice [to get an invitation] and it would mean a lot."

Thomas said he mailed a letter of congratulations.

"I sent a letter. Just basically [saying] I'm really happy for you, congratulations, you're amazing, you're going to do well and congratulations."

"I do expect [an invitation] and I'm looking forward to going. I don't see why not. It is what it is. I am family, estranged or not."
