She is still on the loose.

A Minnesota woman is on the run after police say she murdered two people in cold blood.

Lois Reiss, 56 and of Bloomberg Prairie, allegedly killed her husband in March and fatally shot a woman who looked like her in April. David Riess' body was found March 23 and police believe Lois shot him two weeks prior. She then fled to Lee County, Florida, where police say she shot Pamela Hutchinson, 59, with the intent to steal her identity.

"Ms. Hutchinson's purse was found to be in disarray and all cash, credit cards and identification appeared to have been removed," Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno told NBC's Today on Monday.

Lois is known to local Minnesota police as "Losing Streak Lois" because of her gambling addiction and because she frequented many of the area's casinos.

A video released by the Lee County Sheriff's Office shows Lois talking to Pamela on April 5 at the Smokin' Oyster Brewery in Fort Myers Beach. Police said that they believe Lois shot and killed Pamela with the same gun sometime between April 5 and April 9.

The murder happened at Hutchinson's condo.

Marceno said police believe Lois to be armed and dangerous, and even though she "may look like anyone's mother or grandmother, she's an absolute cold-blooded murderer."

The items Lois stole from Pamela include her credit cards, drivers license and her 2005 Acura TL with the FL tag Y37TAA. Family and friends close to Pamela said she was supposed to leave Fort Myers the day before, but decided to stay an additional day.

"It's just evil that flowed through," said Hutchinson's cousin, Danielle Jefferys. "Because how can you go around killing people for no other good reason other than to keep yourself out of prison."

Lois was captured on surveillance footage leaving Pamela's condo. The car has since been seen in Louisana and Texas.

"Suspect Riess, at some point in time, will have no resources, and she will become more desperate and may kill again," Marceno warned. "Riess is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached."

Lois Reiss is wanted for murder, grand theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft and criminal use of personal identification. She is white, with blonde hair, is 5-foot-5 and weighs 160 pounds.
