These 6 Rude Zodiac Signs Have No Problem Ignoring You

getty No one likes to be ignored, but it happens all the time. You might be at a bar trying to get the bartender’s attention and they deliberately ignore you. Or maybe you never get a response to your texts or messages.
There are some neglectful zodiac signs who are pros at ignoring people. Astrology is a good indicator of our negative traits, and even if their horoscope tells them to pay more attention to those in their lives, they are so good at ignoring that they won't head the advice.
Being ignored feels terrible; it's as if you’re being punished for some unknown reason. It can affect your self-esteem if seems like no one is paying attention to your needs or your presence. Being ignored makes us feel as if we don’t matter, that we’re not interesting, or that we’re too needy.
Ignoring someone is manipulative, especially if you’re doing it as a way to get the person to do something you want. Someone who is really good at ignoring other people has to have the ability to focus so intently that they block out what they see, hear, and sometimes feel.
Ignoring the people chatting in the cubicle behind you when you’re at the library trying to study is fine, but ignoring someone because you want to punish them isn’t cool at all. And here are the most neglectful zodiac signs who are guilty of doing so.
1. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
If you're very erratic and always seem to cause chaos and disorder wherever you go, Virgo is going to ignore you. Virgos like people who are careful, steady, and who aren't impulsive. If you're clumsy, always talking and never listening, or just present as someone who is always on, then Virgo will probably take an instant dislike to you and will try to forget that you even exist.
Virgos don't like to have their worlds disrupted. If being unpredictable is your way of getting attention, then know it will work the opposite way with this zodiac sign.
2. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
If you don't believe in yourself or don't present as important enough, Taurus is going to ignore you. If you don't have your life-goals all mapped out and do things impulsively rather than planned out, this zodiac sign has no need for you.
Taurus are interested in goal-oriented people and those who pursue their goals. If you're fine just working a boring job and always staying at the same level, then Taurus won't have any respect or interest in you. You've got to be assertive for them to pay attention to you.
3. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
If you put on a facade that everything is okay and never open up about how you really feel, Capricorn will probably ignore you. They like authentic people who share their feelings and don't fake that everything is fine when it's not.
Time and energy are very valuable to a Capricorn, and if they feel that you aren't being real with them or come off as someone who is never vulnerable, Capricorn won't want to waste a minute of attention on you. To keep a their interest, you've got to be able to contribute to the conversation in an open and honest way.
4. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
In direct contrast to Capricorn, if you're someone who wears their feelings on their sleeve and is constantly having emotional outbursts, Aquarius is going to ignore you. If you can't speak on serious topics and have a deep conversation, you'll come off as superficial and uninteresting to Aquarius and they'll probably ignore what you have to say.
If you seem especially unimaginative and uncreative, then Aquarius won't be able to relate to you at all and will find it easier to just act as if you're not in the room. Remember: always being upset is not the way for this zodiac sign to find you worthy of their attention.
5. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
If you're all about money and buying expensive things rather than feelings and experiences, a Cancer will most likely ignore you. They put so much energy into the people and the causes they love that they really don't have any extra to waste on someone shallow.
In addition, if you indicate in some way that not only aren't you interested in how a Cancer is feeling but that you don't care, then Cancer will have no use for you. On the other hand, if you're too needy that won't work either. You've got to find a balance to keep Cancer's interest peaked.
6. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
A Scorpio will ignore you if you seem uninterested in them. If you want to try to compete with them in being the center of attention, then Scorpio won't compete with you, they'll just ignore you until you go away.
Sometimes, being ignored is better than an alternative, and in Scorpio's case, this is true. You never want to upset them enough that they want payback because when it comes to revenge, Scorpios have a real gift for it.
However, if you've got nothing interesting to say and have a boring personality, that won't work. They don't want to be overlooked, but they also don't want to have to carry the conversation all by themselves.
