We've all been there; feeling down in the dumps because we were broken up with or got in a huge fight with a family member or friend. Maybe you said some things you shouldn't have — maybe you put your heart out there only to have it stomped on.
Whatever the case may be, I guarantee you're not alone in feeling down and out.
It's all too common that we're happy one second only to be knocked down a peg or two the next. As sucky as it is, it's pretty unavoidable. BUT, it's super helpful to know that you're not the only way who has bad days.
I mean, hey, misery does love company.
Fortunately, there are people out there who have realized that they don't have to let the bad stuff get to them. They find ways to cope with it, live with it, let it go and move on. They've discovered that they CAN be strong, even when it's much easier to be weak.
It can be incredibly tough for most people to view negativity with an optimistic outlook like this, which is why it's so important that there are people out there to remind us that we ARE strong. We don't need relationships or bad days to define us.
We are courageous, brave, intelligent, and tough as hell.
