About Lianne Avila

Are you ready for therapy? Many people consider getting help from a therapist when life deals them a tough time. It could be a hiccup in your marriage, or a challenging time at work or with your kids. Feelings of anxiety, depression, chronic sadness or worrying are also common indications that therapy is the right course to take.

I specialize in helping couples and individuals get their lives on track. I have been trained by the Gottman Institute and I have a very special approach to helping couples recover who are on brink of divorce (perhaps because of infidelity or lack of intimate connection).

Many people look at their lives and feel stuck; unsure of what to do or how to change their situation. I can tell you that very little in life is truly stuck. There are skills you can learn that will help you to not only feel better, but will allow you to see some hope in your future once again.

It's never too late to get help.

If you're wondering what to do next, please call or email me. I offer all of my clients a 15 minute complimentary phone call to explore the changes you wish to make in your life. You’re not alone. All you have to do is take the next step and call.

Looking forward to talking soon.
