About Ingrid DeHart

I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and EFT Practitioner, Food Blogger, formerly a Natural Foods Chef and Restaurant Owner.

I passionately support women to eat well and feel good about their body, any size, age or weight.  I am on a journey that stared as an anorexic teenager. This journey led me to discover the healing power of natural foods. I also found the transformational tools I needed to love and appreciate myself.  

As I studied nutrition I learned which foods enable me to maintain my natural weight, enjoy steady energy levels and have a stable mood.  But I also learned it’s not just about the food. Food is important but in order to BE HEALTHY we need to have kind, compassionate thoughts and feelings towards others and ourselves.  All the green vegetables in the world don’t make up for feelings of shame and disapproval. The body, mind and spirit work together, we need to nurture it all. 

I show my clients how small changes in the way they think and what they eat makes a big difference in their health and happiness.

Using my step by step proven system clients reduce cravings and soothe self-doubt while increasing satisfaction and confidence.  They go from feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and stressed - to feeling healthy, happy and glowing. They learn a lifestyle that truly nourishes and sustains them. They are inspired to eat well, they feel satisfied and most importantly they enjoy their life. My clients find out eating healthy can be easy and fun.
