They don't forgive and they don't forget.

When someone messes up and makes a huge mistake, do you give them a second chance? There are all kinds of variables that can determine whether we can forgive and forget, and it might depend on how close we are to them or the degree of damage they caused.
But it can also have a lot to do with astrology. Because for the zodiac signs who never give second chances, there is no amount of forgiveness.
There needs to also be a lot of forgiveness and letting go to give someone an opportunity to redeem themselves. If you don’t forgive them, that second chance isn’t going to last for long. You’ll not just wait for them to screw up again — you’ll be expecting them to betray you.
The possibility of a second chance comes up a lot in romantic relationships. If your partner is unfaithful but begs for a second chance, do you forgive them and act as if nothing ever happened? Or, do you make them earn back your trust?
It can be challenging to get back on track with a relationship or friendship after your partner or friend has broken your trust, and many people just don’t have the desire or patience to go there. In fact, it’s hard for people to open up their hearts again.
1. Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Taureans don't start relationships quickly, but they can end them fast. They don't give second chances because they have too much self-respect to do so.
Once Taurus has made up their mind, it's very difficult to get them to change their position. If someone has messed up and Taurus feels that what they did was unforgivable, once this zodiac sign lets go of a person, they let go for good.
2. Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
If you're in need of a second chance with a Scorpio, you probably betrayed them or broke their trust in some way, and you can kiss the opportunity to get back with them goodbye. They get mad, but then they get even.
They're not going to let go of their anger just because you said you were sorry or that you'll do better. Instead, Scorpio won't give anyone a second chance to screw them over again. Scorpios tend to live by the "fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, and you're done" rule.
3. Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
In some ways, Cancer is pessimistic, especially about second chances. They may have given someone a second chance in the past only to get hurt a second time. Having their trust destroyed and their heart broken once is more than enough for Cancer.
If they did let down their guard and let their ex or friend who betrayed them back into their life, suspicious Cancer would be waiting for them to do it again. It's better to learn a lesson once and move on.
4. Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns aren't pushovers and they don't believe it's their job to fix someone else's issues. If you mess up with Capricorn, they hope you grow from the experience, but don't expect them to pick up the pieces of your life or give you a safe space in which to fail all over again.
Capricorns know that the odds of someone taking advantage of them a second time is good, so it's better to make a clean break. To the person who messed up, they wish them all the best — just not with them.
5. Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Leos are very optimistic and kind, but they don't give a lot of second chances. They think that once someone shows you their real self, you need to believe them; if they're someone who causes you pain, you need to get them out of your life entirely.
If Leo gave everybody who asked for one a second chance, they might miss out on something or someone better. If you mess up in a way that makes you irredeemable, that's it.
6. Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos have a clear idea of what they want from a partner or a friend, and when that person screws up so badly that Virgo wants nothing to do with them, it's over. There's no redo, no going back and trying to make things better — you're just done.
Why should Virgo give you another chance to mess up again? Virgo is critical enough about themselves without having to be responsible for your growth and education. You had your chance to be part of their life and you threw it away.
