6 Zodiac Signs Who Have Trouble Saying No And Overcommit Themselves

getty Are you the kind of person who doesn't know how to say no? We all lead busy lives, but for some people, especially certain zodiac signs in astrology, they never seem to get a break.
It’s not always easy to tell someone you can do something for them. You want to help people out, but sometimes when you do, you end up hurting yourself. We have a limited amount of time per day and if you agree to help everyone who needs it, there will be sacrifices. Sometimes, that means neglecting the important things in your own life.
Overcommitting can take its toll on you and you must say no to save yourself. It’s best to pick and choose the things you agree to do rather than agreeing to everything. For example, if your friend needs to talk to you and they’re going through a hard time, take the time to be there for them; however, if they just need a ride to the airport, they can make other arrangements.
Here are the zodiac signs who just can't say no, overcommitting to things the can't complete.
1. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns don't want to let anybody down, so they'll keep agreeing to do things even when their schedule is full. One of the problems of overcommitting oneself is that your to-do List never gets any shorter. You just keep adding to it until it would take a team of people to finish all the items on it.
The more things that Capricorn has to do, the more items seem to fall through the cracks. Capricorn needs to make themselves a priority.
2. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Another problem with agreeing to everything is that you simply have no time. Gemini tends to never have enough time to check for errors or be on time. They are just trying to keep everybody happy, but the result is that they may get a reputation for being a flake or having problems with deadlines.
Gemini's intentions are good, but when you have too many things to do, it can be overwhelming.
3. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras hate having to tell someone no, so they'll agree to do something they may not have time for or even know how to do. Instead of being direct and having a possible conflict, Libra will try to figure it out on their own or will just stay up way too late trying to finish the project.
Libras are constantly in the process of catch-up, hoping that one day they'll have achieved everything on their list.
4. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries are extremely adept at multitasking and they hate having nothing to do, so they overcommit themselves so they're never bored. Unfortunately, when you have too many things to do, you may miss out on taking care of yourself.
You may forget to eat, convince yourself that you don't need sleep, and may not even be able to recognize when you need a break. However, Aries are no quitters and if they committed to doing something, they're going to do it.
5. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces are here to help! If someone asks them to do something, Pisces won't even think twice — they'll say yes. They tend to undervalue their time because they're selfless and put other's needs above their own.
However, you can't help others if it means sacrificing yourself in the process. Pisces would be wise to find a balance to do things for others and doing things for themselves. Their time, energy, and creativity are valuable.
6. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
While Aquarians can say no, they don't as much as they should because they like to show others how much they're capable of — and it's a lot! But if they have so many things they've agreed to do, sometimes their attention strays away from the important things.
Aquarians are only human, and when their attention is divided, sometimes the quality suffers. It will seem like the more time Aquarius puts in, the less they get done.
