5 Most Theatrical, Dramatic Zodiac Signs

getty While a drama queen and someone who is theatrical may sound like the same thing, they’re actually quite a bit different. If you’re a drama queen, you like to create conflict because you thrive on chaos; if you’re theatrical, you have a way of getting people to notice you.
With astrology as an additional factor, the theatrical zodiac signs are all about attention. It could be something as mundane as the way you dress or wear your hair, or it could be how you are in conversation — big gestures, speaking and laughing loudly, having over-the-top reactions.
Drama queens and a theatrical person can both put on a show for attention, but the drama queen will take it much more personal, while the theatrical person feels less connection with it and looks at it as more of a show. Theatrical people, even when they’re not performing, are always acting, always bigger than life, and are never boring. They enjoy being part of a show or even just watching it.
These people are colorful, vibrant, and do what they can to make life interesting. It’s good if they have an outlet for some of their energy, like acting or being involved with a production, but that doesn’t always happen, and they have to get their theatrical fix in ordinary life.
1. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leos tend to not be the shy and retiring types. If they enter the room, they want to be noticed. Their personalities are theatrical, their behavior is theatrical, and even the dazzling things they wear are theatrical.
They've got that hard to define thing called charisma that draws people to them and keeps them fascinated. Leos want to be the center of attention and it's their theatricality that keeps them there.
2. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos have this image that they're too uptight to be theatrical, but that's not an accurate portrayal of them. Their personality quirks can be extremely theatrical, and how they show off their knowledge and expertise is never in a boring or commonplace way; it's always with a certain flair and conceit.
Virgos don't always need to shine like Leos, and they can stand back and let others be the focus. But their natural way of moving in the world causes people to take notice of them anyway.
3. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios are theatrical in their passion. They're never lukewarm when it comes to their feelings about something or someone. Scorpios don't hold back either — when they're hurt or disappointed in someone, they let them know.
Scorpios aren't shrinking violets and they don't shy away from conflict. They don't do anything expected and are captivating in the way they draw our attention to them. If they weren't so fully invested in the things they care about, they wouldn't be as theatrical as they are.
4. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus have a lot of style and flair. They're the type of person who can take a boring outfit or party and immediately upgrade it. They have big personalities and lots of opinions. It's true that Taurus can be stubborn, which gives them their big theatrical reactions.
They aren't going to do anything boring if they can possibly avoid it. Sometimes their confidence can come off as arrogance which it isn't necessarily. Taurus know they're special and that knowledge can come across as showy or pompous.
5. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras don't love conflict, but they do love the way people interact. Libras are fascinated by people and people are fascinated by them. They have a certain style that is eye-catching and they're social enough that they have some backup to the way they look.
Libra's gifts aren't all superficial or surface, and that makes them theatrical. They don't tell stories in a boring way — they do it with panache. Now, it's not to say that Libras are always 100 percent honest or never act in an artificial way. If it's to keep the peace or make sure someone gets hurt, Libras can be fake.
