5 Zodiac Signs Who Try Too Hard To Fit In

zodiac signs who try too hard to fit in

There are some zodiac signs who try too hard to fit in and are willing to sacrifice almost everything to do so. Astrology and horoscopes influence our personalities, and may have something to do with why some signs are desperate for acceptance.

Sometimes when we work on becoming the type of person who fits in, we fake our responses in order to people-please. We agree to things that we’d normally be against or we say yes to things we wouldn't want to participate in.

There are times when we focus so much on fitting in that we lose sight of the big picture. We give fitting in more importance than it deserves, and we can’t see the things we once thought were so important because fitting in overshadows everything.

When this becomes our endgame, we have a tendency to lose ourselves trying to get what we want. You make changes — not for your own betterment, but to gain acceptance from a certain group or community. When you change but don't grow, you can lose yourself in the process.

Is it really worth it to fit in when you end up compromising your morals, values, and principles? It’s not good to force yourself to be someone you’re not and to get so far away from who you are that when you’ve achieved your goal, you have no anchor and are lost without your true sense of self.

1. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)

Cancers need to feel as if they belong and they're willing to adapt to fit in. They tend to feel the responsibility for the feelings of other people. If someone is angry at Cancer, it makes them feel not only uncomfortable, but like they should have done whatever they could to prevent it.

If other people are upset, Cancers take upon themselves to make everyone feel better, like they alone have the power to heal, not the people who are hurting.

2. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)

When Capricorn is trying to fit in, they'll mirror the other members of the community and act just like them. It's okay to highlight some of one's characteristics to fit in, but to completely obliterate them and try to be a completely new version of yourself isn't healthy.

Capricorns will hold back their opinions if they must. In most cases, the workplace is where Capricorn tries too hard to fit in, so they become what they think is the ideal worker. You should still be yourself at work, just a more professional version.

3. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)

Libras can be desperate to fit in and one of the ways they do that is by going to any lengths to avoid conflict. They try not to talk about controversial topics and they don't like to be the dissenting voice in any kind of discussion.

They will keep their opinions to themselves if they have to. Libras also try to smooth over conflicts that happen with other people as if it's their job to keep the peace.

4. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)

One of the ways that Pisces tries to fit in is by apologizing too much. They say they are sorry for things they did, things they might have done, things they're not sure if they were wrong about, and will even apologize for things that other people do.

If Pisces feels that they're not fitting in, they'll blame themselves and be sorry for who they are.

5. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)

When Virgo is focused on fitting in, they'll say "yes" to everything, even when they should say "no." It's as if they don't feel worthy enough just being themselves; they have to be willing to help everyone, do whatever is asked of them, and put the needs of others above their own.

Virgos will get frustrated after a while if they've said "yes" to too many things and no longer have any time for their own projects.
