Being known as a pushover doesn't sound too good, does it? If people think you're a softy, they take advantage of your good nature; they believe that you'll softly mold yourself into whatever it is that someone else demands of you, and that you'll happily accept giving up your own pleasure for the sake of someone else.
Ah, that's not good! Yet you do it anyway. And whether or not you follow astrology, checking your horoscope is a great way to learn how to make choices. That means paying attention to your zodiac sign's traits and steering clear of people who want to take advantage of you.
We will always notice that there are people who are continuously sacrificing their own needs for the sake of others. Most of the time, those who sacrifice believe we either have no choice or that it's the right thing to do.
But what is the right thing to do when we hurt ourselves for the sake of what someone else wants? What if we really don't want to be a part of a dream that isn't ours? Do we give up on our own just to please someone else? Or are we scared of not being liked, of causing a little too much negative attention with our complaints?
Being a pushover is a character trait, and it may very well stem back to where we are in the Zodiac according to our birthdate. Not everyone is capable of fighting the good fight 'round the clock, nor are they necessarily cut out for standing their ground, under duress. Some folks are pushovers, and that doesn't make them weak, it just means that they need to look at their boundaries and assess if they should be crossed or respected.
Let's look at the zodiac signs who are pushovers.
1. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
When your entire game is about being as nice as you possibly can as to avoid confrontation, you end up spending a good deal of time yes-ing people to death, hence giving in to them even if only to shut them up.
You're the biggest pushover there is, you cave so quickly you leave us speechless, which is exactly what you wanted all along, you soft touch manipulator, Libra.
2. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Usually just too tired to fight, Aquarius concedes the race right from the start. You're wise, you've seen a lot in your time, and you just can't stand the idea of having to put effort into something you absolutely know without a doubt will fail, so why bother?
You're a pushover, Aquarius, and what's more? You couldn't care less. The truth is, you just don't want to be bothered.
3. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarians, you allow yourselves to be bulldozed over and made to do things you don't want to do only because you secretly fear not being liked or turned against. So, to feed your egos, you Sags will humor those around you by doing things like agreeing to, on occasion, what others say, even if you don't actually agree.
You become out of focus when there's any kind of conflict in the air, so to keep the peace, you agree to get pushed over.
4. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Hello, Pushover City. Not to be confused with soft or hyper sensitive... oh wait, no, this is Pisces we're talking about. You ARE hyper sensitive, and that's OK.
It's OK because you're always going to have new experiences because others will always convince you to have them, and you'll agree to going along because even if you're gut says no, your pushover status says YES YES YES. Face it, Pisces — you're a pushover and you know it.
5. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
You'd think Virgo, the pickiest sign of the Zodiac would be less inclined to be pushed into something they don't want to be involved in, yet Virgo often times finds solace in misery, and by doing what they don't want to do, they get a sick little kick.
Maybe it's the silent martyrdom they enjoy, or perhaps it's the out loud and unending complain-and-blame sessions they like to make others endure, but while you may be one helluva tough cookie, you're also, oddly enough, a wacky kind of pushover.
6. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
You talk the talk but when it comes to walking the walk, you basically prefer to sit this one out. You're a well intended person, Cancer, and while you mean well, you're not as "hands on" as perhaps you'd like to come across. A little too much armchair activism might actually make a person challenge you into action.
That's when you run, because real life is scary, and the truth is, you're a pushover. You'll say yes, oh yes, all the way yes... but we'll find you in bed, watching Netflix with a teddy bear. (Come to think of it, that's sounds pretty good.)
