If you are a person who enjoys giving and/or receiving oral sex, then you probably already know that sometimes a penis just tastes funky.

There are a couple of different ways you can fix this.

You can grin, suck, and fake it until he has an orgasm.

(Though that sounds awful.)

Or, you can find a way to making sucking on his penis during a blowjob a delicious experience for you both.

If you've opted for the latter, I've got five tricks to transform even the foulest-tasting blowjob into a sweet treat.

How to Make a Penis (and Therefore Blowjobs) Taste Better

Some weird are turned off by giving blowjobs because they don't like the taste of their man's semen.

This is totally normal.

Semen, at it's best is salty tasting, and if you aren't into that to begin with, you certainly won't be turned on if his diet or lifestyle is making his semen taste bad.

Making his semen taste better during a blowjob is as simple as changing his diet. Make sure he's eating lots and fruits and vegetables.

Pineapple, in particular, is known to make semen taste better during a blowjob.

Easing up on cigarettes, dairy, and red meat will also help improve the taste of his semen.

If his semen isn't the issue, why not experiment using a food you love during a blowjob?

Play around with squirting whipped cream on his penis, or covering it in chocolate sauce that you then have to remove using only your mouth.

If you're willing to get a little messy (and remind him to shower off before any vaginal penetration, to avoid a yeast infection) this could not only make your blowjobs taste better, but also open up a whole new world of sexual adventure for you two to explore together.

Yum!

3. Try using flavored lube.

Sure, when it comes to giving a blowjob, lack of moisture isn't usually an issue.

But if you can't stomach the way his penis tastes, lube is great way to help make the blow job taste better.

Begin by putting the flavored lube of your choice in your hands and warming it up.

Then warm HIM up with a playful handjob.

When his penis is thoroughly covered, let the blowjob and taste explosion begin.

You'll both walk away happy.

Miracle fruit is a berry that comes from the Synsepalum dulcificum plant.

It might look small and relatively non-remarkable, but when ingested, it temporarily changes the way your tongue tastes different flavors.

Pickle brine tastes like vanilla soda, soy sauce takes like rich chocolate sauce.

A penis and semen during a blowjob should taste like the sweetest steamed buns.

If you're a foodie on the cutting edge, miracle fruit is one way to transform the way his penis tastes during a blowjob for sure.

5. Make sure you're both clean.

This one might be a little bit of a no-brainer, but better safe than sorry.

If the problem with giving a blowjob for you is that your boyfriend is too sweaty down there, suggest taking a shower together.

It is a fact commonly known that shower sex is a huge waste of time, but shower foreplay is absolutely not.

Get each other nice and soapy and clean in the shower before trying a blowjob, and see if this helps make his penis taste better.
