You may think you have found that special someone — the one who makes your heart beat faster than anyone else. But does he or she feel the same way about you? Would you know if your love interest didn't return your adoration no matter how much they proclaimed or avoided talking about their love for you?

Follow the guidelines below for some sage advice about how each zodiac sign acts when they're really just not into you.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

Aries can't lie convincingly, and find it hard to maintain a cover-up. What you see is what you get. You'll know if they are all about you, because they will be all over you. If they aren't interested you won't hear a peep — nil, nada, nothing. It can be hard to swallow but at least you know where you stand.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

cHe or she used to buy you flowers, chocolates, and perfume all of the highest quality — now no more. Your Taurus lover may take you out to dinner, but you can't help noticing that his or her eyes are following the movements of another, and isn't really paying attention to what you are saying. Those long, sensuous kisses may become rather quick and lack passion. These are signs he or she is drifting away!

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

Although he or she has many friends, your crush used to single you out in conversation and you always knew you were special. Now it's not the case. Geminis may have formidable intellects and adore word games, but they can be very hot in bed. If he or she is losing interest in you, he may find a million excuses why he or she can't spend time with you. A lack of interest in sex says it all.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Trying to get a straight answer out of a Cancer native can be hard, even at the best of times. If he or she laughs a lot and is romantic and nurturing you are still in good standing. But if he or she starts to sulk, wears a frequent hangdog expression, and acts like an emotional martyr around you, it won't be too long before the ugly truth is known.

Leo (July 23-August 22)

Leos love to be magnanimous at the best of times, and even if your Leo lover has lost interest in you he or she may still bring gifts around, though they may not be as expensive as they were. Eventually he or she will have to tell the truth, but will try to make you feel like a special friend while letting you down.

If your Virgo lover is losing interest, the first hint of this may be that he or she seems to be ill more than usual. That special date may be ruined by a headache or a bout of indigestion. Rest assured it can only get worse. You will be so fed up you will probably end the relationship yourself.

Libra (September 23-October 22)

It's very hard to get a Libra to tell you when it's over. You may not notice anything much wrong at all. They seem to treat you in the same way and are just as 'nice' as ever, although if you are clever you may detect a slight edge to their words. They still cuddle and kiss you, and then one day you spot them out with someone else. Be warned!

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

Watch out for the Scorpio lover, as he or she may try to make it all seem like your fault, even though it is blatantly theirs. When he or she was in love, your mate wanted to devour you. Once out of love a Scorpio may lose spice, or an appetite altogether - that's the way they are! If you notice that his or her sense of humor just got darker and more ruthless - make the break yourself!

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

Sagittarians can't keep their mouths shut and are not very good at being tactful. If you are in a love relationship with an Aquarian you need to have been best friends to start with.
