About Audrey Tait

Audrey Tait is a counselor in Red Deer Alberta. She is a therapist, writer, photographer, dietitian, and healer who helps clients either in person or remotely across Alberta. Her expertise and training are in trauma, PTSD, addictions, sexual addictions, disordered eating, anger management, and nutrition. I have authored 5 books (you can see them all below) and my books are a unique take on healing. She has written several books: I Am Wonderfully Me: Positive Affirmations for Me! Volumes 1–3, Reflective Meditations Trilogy: Understanding My Trauma, Healing My Trauma, and Letting Go—Forgiveness; and Reflective Meditations Trilogy: Understanding My Authentic Self, Believing in Myself, Loving Myself, Plus Understanding My Boundaries at most online bookstores, or request them at your local brick-and-mortar store.
