Deborah McFadden is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice counseling. She works with couples who need help getting their marriage relationships on track, as well as, men and women who are struggling with major life transitions.

She is a Clinical Director for the Village Counseling Center in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL. She and her husband, Dr. David McFadden, began the Village Counseling Center in 1994, and it has grown to have three locations and a staff of 12 therapists.  Their goal is to help people find hope for a better life.  They work diligently to bring hope and healing to individuals and couples. Deborah and David not only provide one on one counseling for couples and individuals, but also do a number of marriage seminars and teaching seminars to service and business organizations and provide teaching for continuing education to therapists.  Deborah and David write numerous articles for the monthly e-magazine published by the Village Counseling Center.

Deborah and David McFadden have been married for 41 years and have 4 adult children who are married and who have blessed them with 10 amazing grandchildren. Their life experience combined with their compassion for people and their education gives them a great deal of credibility in working with people. They are the “real deal.”
