From his duties as a producer to red carpets to hosting the iconic Live With Kelly and Ryan, he's always on the go. But as public as his career is, he doesn't talk as much about his personal life. This week, he opens up to People about his romance with model and food blogger Shayna Taylor, 26.
The couple moved to New York together in 2017, after some off-again-on-again dating. They say they have to make time to keep their relationship strong and they're both fully committed to each other.

1. Foodie
Taylor runs a food website and Instagram account called Shayna's Kitchen (formerly Bikini Kitchen) where she spotlights her vegan and gluten free cooking. If that sounds too over-the-top-healthy, don't worry. She's not afraid to share where to get the best gluten free donuts.
2. The route to Ryan's heart
Food was what actually drew Ryan's attention when he first met Shayna. The star tells People, “It was the first time we were together, and she said, ‘I make these amazing gluten-free pancakes,’ and I said, ‘What?! Well, tell me everything!’ ”
3. NYC adventure
The couple had been together in California but they made the leap to move to New York together when Ryan was offered the job hosting Live. They called the move "an adventure" and Shayna says “Moving to a new city together was fun because we were also having a new chapter together. Living together is easy.”
4. Business and pleasure
Ryan isn't holding back on helping Shayna achieve success. She's made appearances on his show to talk about her food blog and do cooking segments.
5. Dog lover
Shayna and Ryan have a couple of super cute pups together and they often show up in her Instagram feeds.
6. Maybe baby?
No word on whether or not the couple wants kids but they both talk about the importance of family in their lives. Seacrest tells People, “Family is so important to me, and to Shayna as well, but I’ve always tried to put life into a master schedule with deadlines, and I don’t want to do that [with Shayna].” Shayna feels the same, talking about her love of family in her social media.
7. What's next?
The couple isn't talking wedding plans or baby news but they do say they try to live in the moment and take the time to enjoy activities together. Ryan tells People, “For the last six months, we both wake up an hour earlier than we used to so we have time together to work out, take a walk, take our time without having to rush. It’s been wonderful,” He also says they enjoy tango lessons, boxing and yoga together.
