Best to stay away from these zodiac signs.

It sounds so cliché but it’s true: Life is way too short for you to be unhappy. In fact, if someone makes you unhappy, you should get rid of them immediately. What happens if you keep them around?
They suck all the life out of you and soon, you equate that person with unhappiness and every other negative emotion you feel around them. Really, what good is it to spend your life around any kind of negativity, am I right?
Plus, I’m sure that being around people who don’t make you happy just messes with your skin and gives you headaches all the time, so definitely not worth it. In all seriousness, there is science linked to happiness.
Being happy can actually make your horoscope sign healthier (and I know we’re all looking for ways to not have to work out and eat boring healthy food all the time, right?).
On that same note, though, when you’re happy, it can promote a healthier lifestyle, which can include eating better, being physically active, and having a better sleep schedule.
Being happy can boost your immune system, lower your blood pressure, and get rid of stress, too.
Think about it: How do you feel when you’re around someone that makes you unhappy? Probably depressed, frustrated, angry, and stressed out, right?
And when you feel these negative emotions, you probably feel less inclined to take care of yourself and do other things that make you feel happy because you’re just not in the mood.
So, you eat bad food, you laze about at home instead of going to that cycle class with your BFF, and you binge-watch terrible shows on Netflix. None of that is good for you and neither is that terrible person in your life.
It’s time to work up the courage to tell them bye forever because it you should always want what’s best for you. That also means staying away from certain zodiac signs, too.
You know, just in case you can’t tell from just meeting someone that they’re no good for you.
Here are the zodiac signs you are least happy around, according to astrology.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
As an Aries, you like surrounding yourself with like-minded people because they're the kind of people who understand you the best. When people differ a little too much from your values and interests, it makes it harder for you to connect with them.
You seem to be the least happy around Cancer and Capricorn. Cancer can be a bit too emotional and sensitive for your tough outer skin, which can take the fun out of things at times.
And Capricorn, while tough, is much more serious than you are. You like to balance work and play, and Capricorn can be all work, all the time.
TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taurus, you're the kind of person who likes what they like – which, simply put, means that once you get comfortable around people, you're not really in the market to change things up too much. You're the one who has had the same friends for years, and you like it that way.
You're the least happy around Leo and Aquarius. Leo has a big heart just like you do, which can be great when bonding over shared interests, but Leo is a lot more prideful and (sometimes) self-centered for you.
As for Aquarius, you certainly admire the open-minded way of thinking and the "I'll try anything" attitude, but as a traditionalist, it feels like too much work to you.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Being a Gemini (and an air sign) means being more interested in going with the flow and surrounding yourself with people who respect your need for freedom than feeling like the people and things in your life and bringing you down or making you feel stuck.
While you might enjoy some aspects of Pisces' and Virgo's personalities, ultimately, they don't make you very happy. Pisces is all about wanting to make a lasting, emotional connection right away, whereas you like keeping things casual and light, and Virgo can be a little too prim and proper for your chaotic, "fly by the seat of your pants" self.
CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Whether it's a romantic relationship or a platonic friendship, you need someone who will understand you and be the other half of a deeply emotional connection, Cancer.
The worst thing for you is being surrounded by people who invalidate who you are.
Those who invalidate you are the ones who just don't relate to your quirks and needs. Aries and Libra tend to make you unhappiest for this reason.
Aries' get up and go attitude can be exhausting, and makes you feel like you always have to keep up and prove yourself, while Libra's social butterfly personality never seems to mesh well with your homebody way of life.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
You have a lot of passion for life, Leo, and anyone that comes into your life should excite you and stir up that passion. You especially like a person who can introduce you to new ideas and adventures, while also being someone you can learn from.
While you and Taurus both love and care for others very deeply, you always seem unhappy around them (and a little bored). There's just no spice or fireworks, and it gets old FAST.
On the other side of the spectrum, Scorpio is very passionate and dominant like you, but with two big energies together, you're more likely to constantly butt heads than actually be a good match.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
As a self-sufficient zodiac sign, you don't really need a relationship to make you feel fulfilled, Virgo, but you do have a lot of love in your heart. That's why you tend to go for people who are independent but who can still be in it for the long haul.
Gemini and Sagittarius seem to make you least happy. With Gemini, there's not enough discipline for things to work between you and this zodiac sign – they're too superficial.
As for Sagittarius, you feel like you can never rely on them to be there for you, which is too much work for you. You don't want to be with someone who makes everything feel like a chore, after all.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
You are the hopeless romantic of astrology who has a penchant for rose-colored glasses, Libra. That means you're the kind of person who prefers an optimistic approach to finding The One because you know there's gotta be someone perfect out there for you.
You also know who to stay away from because they just don't make you happy, like Cancer and Capricorn. Cancer makes you unhappy because you need someone who appreciates your lightheartedness and love for social situations, not resents them.
And Capricorn is the kind of person who will always pull you back down to reality, rather than nurture your idealistic side.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
As someone who tends to protect their heart, Scorpio, you need people in your life who make it easy to open up and be yourself, not harder.
That said, you can also be quick to judge who's good for you and who isn't. What you should do instead is go by who makes you happy and unhappy.
The zodiac signs that you're the least happy around are Leo and Aquarius. With Leo, you're constantly battling for dominance and things can get too aggressive, too often. A relationship shouldn't be a power struggle.
As for Aquarius, you tend to love with your heart, while they love with their brain, which means you can always guarantee that you two won't see eye to eye.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
You're certainly able to get serious with someone you really care about, Sagittarius, but you don't want to feel like you're settling. You want to be with someone who makes you feel excited, free, and most importantly, happy.
That's why you should stay away from zodiac signs like Virgo and Pisces. Your free spirit does mesh well with Virgo's love of structure, which might seem like it could work since you're so opposite, but in reality, doesn't do you any favors.
And while Pisces' clinginess is one thing, your brutal honesty is the thing that will send this sensitive zodiac sign running very quickly.
CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
You can be a bit reserved and keep to yourself at first, Capricorn, but that's only until you find people you really admire and appreciate. And while some might make fun of your sky-high standards, you should never lower them for those who will inevitably disappoint you.
The zodiac signs that make you the least happy are Aries and Libra. While you and Aries are both very ambitious and dedicated to success, you prefer a more disciplined approach whereas Aries is more impulsive.
And Libra might catch your eye at first, but their flirty nature and ability to charm just about anyone won't make you feel special or appreciated after a while.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
In both friendships and relationships, you need someone who will appreciate your nonconventional outlook on life, Aquarius. You're as into lovey-dovey stuff and tradition as other zodiac signs, preferring companionship and a spiritual connection over everything else.
You seem to be the least happy around Taurus and Scorpio. Taurus is an amazing friend, but they're also the most traditional, which means your connection won't be as strong when it comes to trying new things.
As for Scorpio, things can get a little too clingy and possessive with this zodiac sign, which is sure to make you feel absolutely suffocated before long.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces, you like surrounding yourself with people who understand you and love you unconditionally. You tend to give so much of yourself to another person that it's easy for you to get hurt. But don't let that convince you that you can't find unconditional happiness and love.
You should be wary of Gemini and Sagittarius; zodiac signs that are sure to keep you unhappy. Both are way too unattached and independent for you, no matter how fun they might seem from other people's POVs.
Gemini will have a hard time fully committing to you, while Sagittarius will be the flaky person you can never seem to count on when it matters most.
