Ashley said that her sister is most likely in the company of an older male. Issac Elijah Harris, 18, knew Brandi through school activities. Her sister believes that he is "up to no good."

He had reportedly asked her for inappropriate photos in the past.

“We had trouble with Isaac before asking Brandi for inappropriate pictures," Ashley said. "We were able to get into Brandi’s Facebook and found messages between her and Isaac. They went back and forth with him telling her to pack her things."

"She begged him to wait and told him she was scared."

"She messaged him saying she’ll miss her mommy and she wasn’t ready. He was very persistent with her and him leaving."

"I do believe she was pressured into going. I do believe he is controlling her phone. There is no way Brandi would ever go this far and not be terrified and ready to come back," Ashley said.

According to police, Brandi and Issac could be traveling in 2017 Jeep Compass with a temporary Delaware tag number #XP62058. Ashley said that Brandi's phone "pinged" in New York, which officers are currently investigating.

Police believe she's in "some sort of danger," and say that her last known location was in New Jersey. They believe the pair planned to go to Colorado. They can't issue an AMBER Alert because Brandi left her home willingly.

Brandi is described as a white female standing 5-feet-3-inches tall, weighing around 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. Anyone with any information is urged to call 911 or the MD State Police/Princess Anne Barrack at 443-260-3700.
