Looks can be deceiving.

The Kardashians are famous for many things. (Okay, like, two things.) And it’s not how charitable they are, or how big their homes are, or even the great ratings they bring in for their television shows and spin-offs.
No, they are most renowned for the plastic surgery they get. Kim’s butt, Kylie’s lip fillers, Kris’ Botox — the amount of trips to the surgeon are numerous.
But a few years ago, another rumor had started to surface about Khloé — and no, it wasn't who her dad is.
Did Khloé Kardashian get a nose job?
After posting a photo to Instagram in 2018 in which her nose looked slimmer than usual, fans wasted no time flooding the post with questions about her nose and possible rhinoplasty.
One fan asked, “Did she get her nose done or just really fleeky contouring?” Another fan chimed in and asked, “Did she do something to her nose or is that some good contouring?” Kardashian replied, saying, “Great contouring! We go overboard but my nose spread during pregnancy so I’m just waiting for it to go back lol.”
While it may look like she had a procedure done, the Revenge Body star responded quickly to the nose job inquiries, saying, “One day I think I’ll get one because I think about it everyday. But I’m scared so for now it’s all about contour.”
While having a “spreading nose” may seem like fiction, it’s actually a real thing that happens to pregnant women. Nose swelling occurs from the increase in estrogen, helping blood flow to mucus membranes and making your nose bigger.
But does that mean she’d never consider getting a nose job? She’s already had lip injections, cheek fillers, and Botox. What’s a rhinoplasty on top of that?
Back in a 2016 interview, Kardashian admitted, “I think plastic surgery should be viewed almost like makeup, because we’re all putting on a f****** mask basically every day anyway. When you dye your hair, you’re changing who you are, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it — that should be your own personal decision."
Well, she does have a point. Why shouldn’t people get procedures done that will make them feel better? If it’s something you think will boost your self-esteem, why not go for it?
The only difference here is that, because she lives in Hollywood, she’s probably adhered to that mindset of getting plastic surgery to beautify yourself. And when all your sisters (and mom!) have gone under the knife, or even gotten non-invasive surgery, it’s hard not to give into peer pressure.
But Kardashian continues to deny that she has had any surgery done on her nose. Although she has admitted that she would consider getting work done on her nose, she still maintains that it's all just the work of good makeup.
There are still a ton of fans who believe otherwise, and whether or not she really has had any work done on her nose, since her whole family dabbles in plastic surgery, it can be hard to escape the belief that she hasn't had anything done.
