getty We have all wondered why we were attracted to a certain type of person who makes you wonder what you were thinking... well, believe it or not, it has a lot to do with your zodiac sign.
Astrology plays a role in the aura we give off that attracts certain people. If you keep finding yourself in similar toxic relationships time after time, go ahead and blame the stars and take the steps to move on and find the right relationship for you.
Aries (March 21-April 19): The Man-Child
You're an active person and up for pretty much anything so you attract the 'man-child.' They want to live vicariously through you without having to do any work. They have no intention of getting their lives together; they just want you to take care of them. They will have issues committing to the relationship because they don’t want to have to put any serious work into it.
Taurus (April 20th to May 21st): The Manipulator
Being a Taurus makes you the most loyal type of person out there, and this will, in turn, attract the manipulator. They will essentially be Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde with you. They will make you think that they are the best person just to reel you in and then they will show their true personality. Your friends will try to convince you he’s not who you think he is, but it is up to you to realize.
Gemini (May 22nd to June 21st): The Lazy Guy
A Gemini is known to be loud, spontaneous, have multiple personalities, and despise routine. This leads you to attract the lazy guy. He sees how much you do for yourself and wants the benefits of that for himself. He does not, however, really intend on contributing to the adventure or fun.
Cancer (June 22nd to July 22nd): The Needy Dude
You are incredible at giving love, attention, and respect. Unfortunately, this means you give it to people when they don’t really deserve it. Because of this, you attract the needy dude. They will make think they are a great person, and once they have you they will drain you physically, mentally, and emotionally. They will need you every single second of every day. They are desperate to be in a relationship but do not want to have to return the help or feelings.
Leo (July 23rd to August 22nd): The Rebounder
You are an attractive, smart, wonderful person, but somehow you attract the 'rebounder.' He is only with you for one reason: to get back at (or with) his ex. He wants to show you off on Facebook and Instagram and make sure her friends see the two of you together. He wants it to get back to her that he is with someone as gorgeous as you, and make her jealous. Just know you are worth so much more than what he can give you.
Virgo (August 23rd to September 22nd): The Immature Guy
You are the type of person who worries about everyone and shies away from being the center of attention. This, in turn, attracts the kind of guy who wants a mom figure as a girlfriend. They see that you have your life in order, and they want you to get their life together. This may work for a while, but, one day you will realize you literally have a kid and not a partner.
Libra (September 23rd to October 22nd): The Opportunist
You are a social butterfly that tends to have an issue saying 'no.' You attract that guy who wants to use your status to climb the social ladder whether in a group of friends or with their work. More than likely, the guy you attract is not looking for love, but a way to get ahead in life.
Scorpio (October 23rd to November 22nd): The Passive Guy
Scorpio is very strong-willed and stubborn, passionate, and brave. However, you seem to attract the 'passive guy.' They see that you are outgoing and willing to try almost anything once, they want to join in, but they do not want to make the first step or choice. They will go along for the ride, sure, but they will not be the first to bring up an idea or suggestion.
Sagittarius (November 23rd to December 21st): The Dreamer
A Sagittarius is typically known as the truth seeker or world wanderer. They enjoy having a good time as anyone else, but they also need to know the truth and be grounded in reality at the same time. This leads you to attract the guy who is incapable of being grounded or serious in his life. He is pretty much like a big teenager. Everything is fun and games for a little while, then suddenly you realize that they will never be serious about anything at all. No one wants to feel like they’re still making small talk months into a relationship.
Capricorn (December 22nd to January 20th): The Jerk
Being a Capricorn means you are deeply emotional and connected to those close to you. You are also not one to fall based on the outside, the inside counts the most to you. This leads you to fall for the guy who is just a plain jerk. He is way too serious and cares about the physical aspect of things. He is conceited and cares more about how he looks and himself than you. He has a hard time connecting with you on an emotional level.
Aquarius (January 21st to February 18th): The Boring Guy
You are an intellectual and eccentric. You enjoy being able to solve problems. Because of this, you tend to attract the boring guy. The guy who will listen to you about everything, but they won’t add their opinion, or allow their opinion to differ from yours. They will parrot everything back to you. They believe that by attaching to you they will make their lives more interesting. However, it ultimately just drains you and your creativity.
Pisces (February 19th to March 20th): The Insecure 'Cool Guy'
Being a Pisces means that you want to be friends with everyone and are as selfless as possible. Unfortunately, this leads you to attract the typical insecure 'cool guy.' The guy who seems to be the coolest guy around, lots of friends, and an all-around good person. However, they just want to attach to someone who is real, authentic, and awesome. Your IDGAF attitude and sweet side make him feel better about himself and that is the only reason he tries to keep you around.
