If there’s one thing that sucks about long-term relationships, it’s that there’s a chance that the person you love and are attracted to can become bored with you. It happens to a lot of people, even models and porn stars.
And, unfortunately, getting bored of having sex with a person is also often a death knell for the relationship... unless serious work is put into fixing the problem. If you notice these warning signs, he may actually think sex is boring with you.
1. Sex feels forced and mechanical.

A seriously bad sign in any relationship is when sex turns from a fun experience to a chore. If he seems less than enthusiastic about sleeping with you, it’s a good sign that he’s no longer feeling the spark anymore.
2. You know exactly how every single sex moment is going to end up.
You know it’ll be done in missionary. You know when he’ll bite you. You know how long it’ll last. Why? Because you’re in a rut and it sucks.
3. When you do try to get sexy with him, there’s no reaction.

A good example of this would be when you’re in sexy lingerie but he just doesn’t seem to care. It’s brutally painful, and when it happens, it’s a safe bet that he’s no longer into you at all.
4. Other signs of physical intimacy stopped.
He used to kiss you all the time, now he just seems distant. He stopped cuddling. He doesn’t want to hold hands. Bad news, girl. If this is happening, he’s checked out of the relationship completely and he’s very much over you.
5. You’ve practically had to beg him for sex and affection.

Girl. Wake up. In no healthy relationship does one partner ever have to beg, plead, and cajole for sex. If you’re at this point, for the love of all that is holy, LEAVE HIM AND FIND SOMEONE NEW. All that will happen if you stay with him is you losing your self-respect.
6. Sex has stopped.
There will be times when sex may dwindle, but most of the time, it’ll pick up again soon enough. Moreover, in most healthy couples, he won’t usually reject you. If it’s been months since he’s been up for sex, then something has gone seriously wrong.
7. When you do have sex, it feels “cheap.”

Everyone knows when sex doesn’t feel the way it should. If you feel like he’s just going through the motions, you should listen to your gut feeling. Talk to him if you get this vibe. It’s possible to work through this.
8. He’s started to light up when other girls are present, or even flirts with others in front of you.
This is a particularly bad sign if it used to be that all he ever noticed was you. Guys who start checking out other girls on an obvious level often do so because they’re ready to jump ship. With this sign, it’s best to cut your losses. He already made up his mind.
9. He typically prefers masturbation to having sex with you.
Ouch. Just... ouch. Is there anything more painful than realizing that you’re second place to his hand? If so, we’re not sure what it is. This is a subtle way of his sex preferences telling you that he’s “better off alone” and that he’s fantasizing about women who are not you.
10. He’s sat you down and told you he’s bored or that he wants to try something new.
Well, the good news is that he wants to fix things with you, stay with you, and improve your relationship. He legit loves you if he’s trying to talk things out! The bad news is that he’s bored. Since he took the time to talk things out, it’s on you to listen to him and work out a plan with him. Do it!
