Nothing is worse than feeling empty or dissatisfied with your life. We only have one life to live, yet here we are immensely bashing on it. It could be from stress that stems from work or personal issues.
It could even be yourself ... YOU may be the reason why you’re not happy.
As humans, we have the tendency to blame ourselves for most of the sadness or anger that we feel. It’s a bad habit, but it’s also this thing called Life. Where in Life, we feel too much and hurt too often, we can’t always be the reason why it started.
Do you ever feel lost or in some sort of a daze with certain things? Or certain moments of time? Or with certain people? You’re not alone. We all face reality ... and when it hits, it hits HARD. And how we deal with it when it comes is different for each and every one of us.
